This Midas is AMAZING! They have kept my 21 year old Toyota Avalon on the road and in tip top shape for years! They are direct, they listen to my issues and do not pressure me to do anything unnecessary. I feel like they go out of the way on the customer service side! I have been using them for 20 plus years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. My husband and kids all go there and everyone feels that they are an honest group and it’s money well spent! Sadly, it’s not super close to my house it does take me about 20 minutes to get there but honestly I feel like it’s worth the travel time! My Midas Guys DO NOT DISAPPOINT!!

Since I have had my car, I been taking it here for maintenance and Steve&Ed are great at what they do. They are professional and very knowledgeable for the services that you need and don't overcharge on the price. Keep up the good work and thank you for taking care of my ?. Would definitely recommend for any services

He is always friendly, and any time I call to ask a question he is always more than helpful in helping find a solution. This location was recommended to me by a family friend .
I found the technician to be very personable, detail oriented and honest. The service was also fairly priced, especially relative to other service quotes I had received from other garages.
I am pretty particular about my old car and I was satisfied with the service I received. I would go back again. The turnaround time was also excellent, even without having made an appointment. Definitely worth taking a look for general automotive repair beyond oil changes and tire rotation

I must say I am disappointed in their customer service. I went in for a simple oil change and when I drove the car the next day I felt something was off. When I reached my destination I opened the hood and saw my transmission cap was off and there wasn’t enough oil in the car. I have been coming here since I moved to the area but I will be taking it to Mavis in Mundelein from now on. They make excuses for their poor behavior and only offered a store credit for the cost of the oil. Pathetic way to do business Mike. You’ve been warned.

Ed and Steve are excellent and very customer focused. A great place for luxury cars as well since it's located near Long Grove for oil changes, brakes, spark plugs and normal maintenance service. High end service at a reasonable price.
