Beware and stay away from this company.
Not only have they damaged our furniture, they offered zero assistance to dispose of a 300 lb piece of furniture they damaged in transit.
They work with Sirva, which will do absolutely EVERYTHING in their power not to reimburse you for damages or for additional costs to dispose of damaged furniture.
They also left boxes behind which did not belong to us and contained private documents from a different client.
The only positive was the actual office worker, which was very responsive.
Their moving crew will NOT take care of your possessions. Proceed at your own risk.

BEWARE!! This company does not deliver your possessions when promised in their contract! We are 2 weeks past their guaranteed delivery date and still waiting for critical items because they broke our possessions into 2 separate trucks. While we had no complaints with their actual moving crew, who were efficient, not getting all of our possessions or knowing if they will actually arrive intact is unacceptable.

This review is very difficult to write being that I've done so much business with this company and normally only have good things to say about them. However, my most recent experience has left such a bad taste in my mouth that I will be taking them off of my companies approved list of movers and no longer doing business with them in the future.

Showed up on time, moved all my possessions professionally, delivered everything to my new house, charged a very reasonable rate, did not overcharge, and I would use them again and recommend their services.

I had an amazing move experience with Advantage. Carmen and Chuck in the office were very responsive and understanding throughout the entire process. Chuck went through the quote with me and there were no surprises later on. On the day of the move, Patrick and his Chicago team (Aidan and Dennis) were absolutely amazing. Super communicative about timing and willing to help beyond their job description. On the day of delivery, Patrick was again very communicative and so helpful. All the items in the move arrived safely and nothing that I was concerned about (e.g., framed art or glass kitchen items) were damaged at all. Thank you to the whole Advantage Moving team!

One of the smoothest moves we have done (This was our 20th) There were no surprises in the moving quote. Every line item cost was explained to me and exceeded expectations.The driver and crews were on time and moved us in and out without issues. As I was out of town when the shipment arrived, Jorge and the team made sure that my wife was taken care of and made it as stress free as possible. Such a lovely team! They arrived on time and were very efficient and helpful with the move. I would definitely recommend them! They made our day far less stressful than I thought it would be! I was surprised at how quickly they completed the move. I am really glad I made the booking.

The Movers did a really good job. The process of getting selected furniture wrapped out, and on the truck was amazingly fast. The move was also very careful.
