Pet Supplies Plus Mundelein is close to us and the employee are very nice and helpful. Shopping for our dog can be a bit of fun.

I love how they added the dog wash! It’s really nice and convenient for whenever we need to go give our black lab a shower especially since at it’s really hard to give him a good wash. They also have a lot different options on dog food and anything you might need!

went to the Route 60 in Mundelein store today to look for a treat that would tempt a feral cat I'm trying to trap. The store associate was very helpful in explaining to me so that I could make a decision on a product that would work for an unknown cat. Took all of 15 minutes. A satisfactory experience.

Another store who is higher on everything. Sadly I had no choice but to pay today. Same item at PetSmart was near$8 less but I had an emergency and they were not yet open. ?

I used their delivery service. It was a same day delivery. That's a wonderful service for me because I can't drive. My husband drove me so I could use their dog wash. That was very nice.

Used the like this location. But is gone downhill. Was just in and the store is dirty. Countless dead fish. Dirty floors. Dirty aquariums, webs all over, reptiles living in filth. It's very disheartening.

The staff was friendly. Everything was well stocked. The kids loved seeing the pair of ferrets they had there. All the animals they had for sale looked well cared for.

I used to frequent this location. Loved the store. I moved and use a different one now. But have stopped into this one a few times.recently. it's definitely gone downhill. The fish, animals and reptiles here are living in gross conditions and the store itself is also filthy. So very disappointed

Had a grooming appt set for today at 1pm, even called ahead to make sure I could bring my dog in over my lunch, seeing that they have no appt after 4pm! Was told no problem, then when I got there at 12:30 they refused to take her before 1. I had to drive her back home to get back to work on time. TRAINING needs to be done for people who answer questions from customers. It is hard enough to get to them during the day as their hours are very limited for working people. Will have to starting looking for a new place and new dog supply store to shop at! It so FRUSTRATING when workers do not care one bit about the clients. Could be why so many storefronts are closing. Their is no repect left for job performance! Sad
