Very unfriendly personal. No hello no thank you, no welcome. Ask for all dark 12 piece, was told that I have to pay extra, when I questioned that, got some rude response and still got mixed chicken when I get home.Will avoid that place.

Popeyes Mundelein gets order wrong every time. Every time. And will not answer the phone to take care of it. Emailed corporate, ignored. If you do go to the Mundelein Popeyes, check your bag before you leave because you will have wrong

Good chicken. Spicy was really spicy. Mashed potatoes were good and Mac and cheese as well.Fries were soggy and stuck together so don't bother with those.

I arrived home only to realize the restaurant forgot a meal in my pickup order. The sides (mashed and Mac) were disappointing for all of us. The flavors And consistency felt off. I called about the missing order - they were unable to refund it and I couldn’t make the drive back.
