I wanted to leave a very positive review. My experience was a good one. Frank got back to me promptly with my questions and overall this was a good experience so I am recommending them.
I had a small problem a couple weeks after my purchase and they took care of it and everything went well.
I think, if you looking for a used car and dont want too much pressure and some strait forwardness this would be a good place for you to check out.

About 2+ years ago, I purchased a 2000 BMW Z3, 2.3 from Premium Auto; it had about 90k miles. One-owner. The man who helped me (Vladimir?) was helpful, very chill, did not pressure me at all, and the whole process was as quick and painless as any car purchase could possibly be. And I am deeply in love with my convertible. No regrets, even if it is emblematic of my mid life crisis. (Although this good decision did lead me to make some questionable decisions later ... but that's a story for another day. Suffice it to say, this car will be my only BMW!)

We recently purchased a VW Touareg TDI from Premium Auto Sales. The car is very nice, exactly what we wanted and was presented accurately. Vladimir made the buying process very simple and low key. The no-haggle price was fair and it was very nice buying a car without being pressured. We highly recommend Premium Auto Sales.

Exceptional experience at Premium Auto Sales, Inc, From the moment I walked in, the team was knowledgeable, friendly, and transparent. They helped me with my beautiful car (2014, ML 350 4MATIC Mercedes-Benz) and guided me through the entire process. Great communication, no pressure, and a smooth transaction. Couldn't have been happier with our experience with Premium Auto Sales. Russ and his team were great. Great communication and were super nice and straight forward thought out the purchasing process. We test drove the vehicle, discussed it, and purchased the car in a matter of 45-60 minutes total. Can't tell you what a relief it was to be able to do that after some of the nightmares we encountered at other dealers. Not much else to say, but I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle on their lot.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Premium Auto Sales, and I would recommend that anyone interested in one of their vehicles to do business with them. I commend Victor, Russ & the rest of the team here for their straightforward, respectful selling process.
The team has high standards for the vehicles they sell, and they provided me with a full service history that showed the vehicle I purchased was well maintained and serviced at dealerships. Furthermore, the vehicle was southern-owned and rust free, which was something I was looking for. They were also collaborative with the mechanic who performed a PPI (pre-purchase inspection) on my behalf.
Overall, my experience here was great and I will have Premium Auto Sales on my consideration list the next time I am in the market.

After a long and frustrating search for the right Audi Q7 TDI, I’m glad I made one last stop at Premium Auto Sales.
Russ quickly put my worries at ease—not just by talking through the common issues I’d seen with other Q7s, but by physically showing me an example with the same problem I had noticed elsewhere. That level of transparency meant a lot.
I was also surprised by how many quality TDIs they had in stock. As these vehicles get older, it’s becoming harder to find clean, reliable ones, but Premium Auto Sales had multiple great options.
It was refreshing to meet a salesman who not only communicates well, but also knows the mechanics of the vehicles they’re selling. Thanks again to Russ and everyone at Premium Auto for making the experience smooth and confidence-inspiring.

I recently purchased an S550 from Vladimir with Premium Auto Sales. The car is great, smooth process and fair price. I saw a negative review and wanted to share my experience. Just after completing the deal, we were outside talking by my new car. It died. After some diagnostic work, Vladimir threw me his Volvo keys, said it needs a new alternator and I'll call when ready. Picked up the car a couple days later. That weekend the battery light came on and the Radio (computer) worked off and on. He sent me to his mechanic Tony W/Autobahn Motor Works (good guy) who suggested a different alternator. Went back to Vladimir who loaned me another car and replaced. Battery issue was fixed but radio unchanged. He then ordered a new radio, stopped in one day and replaced it in 15 minutes. Everything is perfect now.! I did not spend any money for repairs even though it was not his problem.They really stand behind their product and highly recommend giving them a look!

Additionally, beyond the in-person buying experience, I wanted to send a shout out to Premium Auto Sales website, cleanliness of the vehicles, and overall kindness. First, the website is great! A wealth of information and very easy to use and navigate! I loved looking at the Carfax and detailed history of the vehicles. Second, the vehicle I purchased was very clean, smelled good, and was clearly well-maintained. That is so much appreciated as someone who very much appreciates the time and effort that goes into that! Third, Russ was very kind following the purchase process. I traveled from out of town to look at the vehicle, and the team let me hang out for over an hour waiting for friends to arrive to drive my vehicle back home. The hospitality is so much appreciated! Edit: Unfortunately I am having to update this review 3 months down the line. Won't go into explicit details but I was told I had a good running, reliable car when I bought it and I believed that. The car was reliable for about 2 weeks and now it's been 1 failure after the next. I reached out to the dealership for help or suggestions and was told 1. It was my fault most likely 2. They wish I was closer so they could help, but nothing they could do with me in another state.
Almost 4k in repairs already and I'm afraid to even take the car out again for fear of finding more issues. 3 months of ownership and it's spent more time at the mechanic than in my own possession. I get it was a risk buying a used car but this doesn't feel right. I've had better experiences buying privately.
Great people with great cars. Very professional and helpful with any questions I had. I would come back!
