Best customer service, perfect knowledge on products. HobbyTown in Grayslake is nowhere near as professional as this place and not smelling like cigarettes and no one attending you. Norm, Betty and Michael are all great to work with and have bought my last 5 RC cars from here. Want a hobby store that cares and takes care of you? You have come to the right place.

Ridiculously nice, helpful and knowledgeable staff at Ron's Hobbies. I took my son there for Traxxas RC car parts and the service was incredible. They took a ton of time walking him through the modifications he was going to make himself. Highly recommend them.
