Would give zero if possible. Got here at 7:45. Was told would be a little while. After 3 hours was told it would be 2:00pm before they unload me. Had to be told by the Spotter. Would think the dock person would come say something. Very unprofessional! 8 hours later am being unloaded. The guy who unloaded me was the only bright spot.

They supposed to deliver an engine last FridayThey picked up Thursday from MOFirday morning 7 am was already in Grayslake ILThey had all day to deliverThere is no appointments need itThey putt a notice in the system they have made an appointment Monday between 8 am and 12 pmNow Monday check in Again -we have a new note Delivery will be between 1 pm and 4 pmAre you guys joking or working?? Never will use this company again! Very disappointed ?
