I really love Donna and the staff but corporate needs to step up and give that store an upgrade. It’s so dark and small in there. On sale days its hard to get around. The employees and customers deserve a newer store. I’ve been to many other Salon Centrics that are new and wow!! So bright and spacious. Come on, Mundelein needs an update ??

This store is amazing! After months of searching for a color on my own,,Donna searched the country and found it in 2 minutes! They all are so very helpful and always professional. I've been a customer for as long as the company has been around and I will continue to be a loyal customer!

Donna & her entire staff are wonderful! They are very welcoming & ready to help. The store is always clean. If they do not have something in stock they will go out of their way to get it or let me know another store I can get it at. It’s my favorite Salon Centric♥️

All of the girls that work here are so helpful and sweet. I love shopping at the Mundelein store, especially in the middle of the day, they send you back to work reenergized!

Cristina is the best at the mundelein location is the BEST! She always greets me so nicely and helps me find products. If you are out she always offers to order it for me. She is always happy and smiling I love going when she is working!

The woman in there is always incredibly sweet to me and makes the experience very pleasant. As a liscened Esthetician I do wish they carried more professional skin care related items.

They are SO SLOW here! Make sure when you stop in you have at least 20 minutes to spare! The women that run the place are older and don't know how to use a computer/register at a normal pace....especially Betsy.
