“We had a great experience with Goddard School, Buffalo Grove! My daughter started when she was 2 years old and attended Goddard for close to 3 years. She moved through multiple classrooms and all the teachers and staff were very caring and supportive. We got daily communication everyday with lots of pictures and updates. Their structured environment with different activities and curriculum provided a great learning experience from socialization to self independence and development in all aspects. Most importantly, every morning, our daughter loved going to school! We highly recommend Goddard of Buffalo Grove to anyone looking for a safe and nurturing environment for their kids.”

“As I reflect on the past 11 years, there's so much I want to share about my experiences. When my child started at the age of 3 ½, she did not speak English, communicating primarily in Russian and Ukrainian. Despite the initial language barrier, within 3-5 months, she seamlessly learned English with the assistance of the dedicated teachers. Their support not only facilitated her language development but also helped her with communication and learning. She genuinely loves her teachers, often coming home excitedly talking about the day's activities and what she learned.We highly recommend The Goddard School in Round Lake because of its excellent curriculum tailored for children. Additionally, the presence of a barn where kids can engage in activities during inclement weather is a feature we appreciate.Even my son, who is now 11 and attended the school, continues to feel a sense of connection. Every time we go to pick up my daughter, his former teachers greet him warmly, asking about his well-being and remembering him kindly. This sense of community is something we cherish.Moreover, the school's commitment to family engagement is evident through the various activities organized throughout the year, such as movie nights in the summer with popcorn under the sky. “My daughter has been at Parkway North since she was an infant and she absolutely loves it. Watching her face light up when she sees one of the teachers or her friends makes me feel comfortable when dropping her off. The way they ensure the health and safety of the children is outstanding. As well, the app makes it easy for my husband and I to see what out daughter does on a daily basis and to show her curious grandparents. My daughter has definitelygrown tremendously since day one thanks to all of the amazing staff that have taken care of her since day one.”

“Our family absolutely loves The Learning Experience in Lake Zurich. When we were looking to change daycares for both our toddler and infant, we had really high standards from safety, to curriculum to cleanliness. TLE has exceeded all of those. It's so hard to recognize just ONE amazing teacher when I feel that so many of them impact our children's daily lives. Our toddler is a very affectionate child and really thrives with cuddles and playful learning- she lights up every day when she sees Ms. Miriam and Ms. Eva- you can just tell they take extra time to care for her.We could not be more pleased with Ms. Marlene, Ms. IIda and Ms. Kelly (floater) in the infant class.... Ms. Marlene is so caring and organized and compassionate. It's hard to leave your (infant) baby but she makes us feel so secure about the care she provides.It's also abundantly clear that the daycare director Ms. Joanna is excellent at running the center. She is always walking around, checking in with her teachers and she knows all of the children by name. (Which is quite impressive).We would highly recommend The Learning Experience for its friendly & caring teachers, it's cleanliness, it's quality communication and outdoor play yard!”

“Good YMCA enjoyed by families and adults. Day camp in summer and holidays includes swimming. Big workout area and big gym. Steam rooms and saunas for adults. Lots of family changing rooms. Lap pool and warm water pool. Swim team, water exercise classes, group and private swim lessons.”

“I had the wonderful pleasure of receiving training at this location. I was so pleased by the owners, admin, the teachers, and families. It was evident this was a place of love, care, and quality experiences from the top down. I was welcomed, respected, and treated like part of the team. My questions were answered and it was evidenced that they knew what they were doing. I witnessed them being supportive of staff, welcoming of all walks of life, and treating people fairly. “We’ve been going to TLE for over 2 years and have had a great experience. Never any safety concerns, my daughter loves going and good communication. They helped us potty train and it was a smooth experience. Ms. Marissa is always so kind and tells me about her day. I love that her previous teachers stay in her life and check in on her. Ms. Sarah always says hello even though she hasn’t had her in a year and Ms. Jess always talks with her like she’s still her teacher. They send things home about what the kids are learning so we can do things at home. We look forward to more years with them.”

“We cannot say enough how much we love Kiddie Academy! My baby is always so happy to be dropped off and is so loved and cared for by his teachers. All of the staff is so kind and welcoming everyday and the facility is always clean. I love how the curriculum they offer benefits all children, no matter the age! They always have so many fun activities with an educational goal/purpose behind them. 10/10 recommend, would give more than 5 stars if it was possible!”

“Kiddy Garden is our first experience with a day care center, as our other two kids did not attend day care, and we could not be more pleased. The staff is so wonderful that our girl asks for them even when at home. I love the sense of community they have fostered and enjoy seeing other families and teachers out and about. We work with school schedules, and KG has been incredibly flexible over the summer months. We are grateful for all they have done to help our daughter in this important stage of life!”

“I would highly recommend Messiah Lutheran Preschool and Kindergarten! They have the best teachers around! The entire staff is so kind and dedicated to teaching! They offer many class options as well as enrichment programs and before and aftercare. The kids are exposed to STEM, music, and they have a wonderfulnature playground! My daughters have spent 3 years at Messiah and are very well equipped for elementary school! I can’t say enough good things about Messiah!”

“The staff at Bright Horizons were great, my daughter enjoyed her class time there from age 2-3. There were some administrative issues that dropped my score by one star.The purported benefits touted by Verizon and Bright Horizons (e.g. backup care) were difficult to navigate and were not as convenient as the promotional materials indicated. Nonetheless, I would recommend this location to anyone.”

“We have been a part of the Tutor Time family for the past four years. My oldest daughter is currently enrolled in the Montessori classroom and my youngest is in the Toddler Room. As a teacher, my expectations for a quality facility were both social and academic. Tutor Time Lake Zurich is the perfect combination of both of these things. My daughters are and always have been loved and well taken care of. All of the teachers are in constant communication with both my husband and I with any issues that arise, and they are always willing to work with us to create the best possible experience for our girls. My two girls are absolutely crazy about the staff. In addition to my children being safe, happy and loved, they are also learning each and every day.The Montessori classroom has been a wonderful experience for our daughter, and she has come away with skills that far surpass her age. She loves the curriculum and has developed life skills, manners, and a natural love for learning. Our youngest daughter has flourished in the Toddler room, learning language through the songs and activities that are being provided and getting the experience of playing and learning with children her own age.Leaving your child or children in the hands of another is never an easy task, but being a part of Tutor Time has relieved many of these struggles. I know that my girls are safe, happy and loved each and every day that they are there. From Courtney and Julianne, the directors, to the teachers in the classroom, Tutor Time provides our family with both a loving and learning environment.”

“This location cares about your child and it shows. Teachers are all caring and helpful. Only suggestion I have is to send out text messages about a specific theme the next day a little earlier so I have time to pick up something at the store if need be. Otherwise, great school”

“This is a great daycare that is located in the heart of Lake Zurich. The director here does an amazing job. She is able to bring teachers who love and really care about children. Our daughter goes to Sound Garden for five month now and we only have good things to say about this place. We would highly recommend it!”

“This daycare has been nothing but amazing to my children and I for the last 3 months. My son was diagnosed with diabetes type 1, I spent 3 weeks calling and calling different daycare in different towns hoping someone would help my son and I, and it was always the same answer. That they had no experience or were certified. But Kinder care was the only daycare that said yes to me since the moment I called. All the staff was willing to take a class on zoom with the nurse and I. All the staff was so welcoming and so friendly since the moment we stepped foot into the daycare, I cannot thank Miss Mayra & Miss Andrea who take daily care of both of my children & ofcourse of Jj the director who is always on top of things and always makes sure to call me with an questions or concerns . Thank you to all the rest of the staff who has been amazing and super friendly to my family and I.”

“Both of my children attended Sound Garden, Wheeling. When I first toured the facility many years back, I was impressed by the very clean environment and kid friendly décor that provided a very warm and inviting atmosphere for the children. We were very fortunate to have wonderful, caring, and knowledgeable teachers who were patient with my kids in their learning journey. My children made lasting friendships throughout the years, which have extended into their elementary education. My children's favorite part of the day is the food - which is both delicious and nutritious and made on site. I always feel that teachers and daycare director listen to my concerns/thoughts and are available to talk via phone or in person. I will also say that the recitals are absolutely incredible, and I am always impressed by the rigor, attention to detail, and dedication that is put forth. My children were well prepared to advance into first grade with full knowledge of English with the added benefit of speaking fluent Russian.”
