This was a new gas station to me. The pump asked if I wanted a car wash, and so I bought one not knowing that there wasn’t actually a car wash there…. Why the hell are the pumps asking patrons to buy car washes when there is no wash!? To add insult to injury, the pump was out of paper to print my receipt. Shell stole the price of an “ultimate” wash from me!

The two gasoline pumps nearest Division St kept stopping when my tank was nowhere near full. I suspect the nozzles are not in good working order as I refuel just fine in another Shell location

7:15 am on a Tuesday all doors are locked. No one there. Don't waste your time. This is the worst run gas station in Mundelein.

Would not normally review a gas station, but this place is an absolute gem. No matter who's working when I go in, they are consistently polite and on occasion unbelievably hilarious. They're on point with being safe with covid-19, I've never seen any employee without a mask on or any social distancing no-no's in the store, and they're always making sure things are sanitary. The bathroom here is well worth asking for the key, because that joint is grade-A pristine. Say what you will about gas prices, but the boys at Shell by the police station are a force to be reckoned with.
