This racist incident and the most weirdest thing ever happened around 9 pm on November 11th 2023.Stopped off with my wife and the clerk lady not sure her name but she tells her that some customers were freaking out because of our car parked at the pump which is really dumb because it's a gas station and all different races come to fill up on gas and leave. I was waiting in the car while she went in to pay and that's when the clerk lady told her that then the clerk lady was being racist herself by asking who is in the car? What business is it of hers to ask that question? I am allowed to wait in the car while my wife goes in to pay for gas then fill it up. That's what gas stations are for. To fill up your car with gas not to be treated like trash from ignorant racist customers and especially ignorant racist employees. This needs to change. This type of incident is uncalled for and should never happen again. Should really use proper decency and treat all races equally. Racism from your employees isn't acceptable and should be terminated and racism from your customers should be banned too. Really should sue this place.

Sign on door said employees and customers needed to wear masks. When I asked the cashier to please put on her mask, she refused angrily and kicked me out of the store. Said it wasn’t required for her. Blatant disregard for others.

This gas station is by far the worse. One of their employees copied my debit card information and made 2 transactions and when I called to get a refund, they hung up on me. I will definitely be filing charges for theft today! His name is Kevin.

Was over charged $10 for gas today. Due to extreme cold pump malfunctioned and charged me for premium gas even though the regular gas was chosen. Cashier had no idea how to help me and said sorry guess she just got overpaid for better gas. When I explained I did not choose TV power gas and was charge for it instead she just said oh well nothing I can do I would not recommend this gas station

I have to acknowledge what a fantastic Shell this is. Not only because Lacey goes above and beyond her customer service, she takes pride in representing this store. The food is great!!! But again Lacey was too kind helping my daughter Nichole yesterday 1-22-2019. Thank you for employing such a fantastic clerk!!!!
