My dad came in here for a phone a year ago. Gave him 3 lines and said the 3rd was free. Went to a different t mobile today and even that t mobile said to never come to this location again since they were charging us the whole time for that "free" third line. Thanks for lying to us

Two younger guys in the front were unbelievably rude. They were speaking Spanish in front of me and kept commenting on my tattoos, then proceeded to make me take my own phone case off- watching me struggle, so they could put the screen on, and when I mentioned giving them my old phone I intended to trade in for the one they were fixing up for me, they said I should go home and print out the label, and take it to the ups store to have it shipped. The whole process was awkward as the one with stick n poke tattoos was legit starting at me while the other took forever to put my screen on. Anyway, I genuinely do not understand why they didn't take it when it was right in front of them, I mean I was already at the store.

Terrible customer service, they do not explain things clearly and are combative and rude! Extremely disrespectful and very unprofessional. Will never go back to this store and will never recommend these people. Oh, and they don't care or even attempt to care!

Dont even think about going to this store...they sold me apple watch saying it free and i end up paying for the watch and service line which i never wanted ...its business malpractice store ..stay away

I can’t imagine these guys can handle more than 2 customers at a time. We sat around and waited 35 minutes waiting for service till we just ended up going to the Vernon hills location instead. Good luck to them if they have 3 customers again at one time. I just needed an international plan

One of worst TMobile locations I have visited for the 22+ years i am associated with Tmobile since voice-stream days. Bunch of rude reps working here. Spare the headache and drive a bit further out to vernon hills store. I wish our Lake Zurich on opens back up soon.

Took my wife to transfer the SIM card from her old phone to the new phone. They completed the job but they charged us $30 and the guy that was there were kind of rude to us. They need to train their staff better with customer service.

One T-mobile store at 850 Milwaukee Ave #104 Vernon Hills, IL gave very poor service. They could not resolve the issue with why T-mobile SIM card was not working and blamed it on the non T-mobile phone device. They Did NOT even call the company Technical Support Line. And told us to buy a new phone.Later on same day, we went to a different T-mobile store at 1140 W.Maple Mundelein IL. The store manager Aaron C. tried very hard and then had to call T-Mobile Technical Support who helped fix the problem. The SIM card is working fine now!

Please spare yourself from this location. Today was my 3rd visit - last straw. I went in to get verification on a trade iin and they said there was none. I called to complain to customer service, and suddenly it appeared on my account (when it was not, yesterday). I have been lied to multiple times from this store and hope I will never have to return to this location.

Just needed to see what T-Mobile could do about my phone no longer charging and was greeted with "so you brought it to us?? because we're a repair center right" by Aaron one of the retail guys. Absolutely no reason for the attitude or terrible customer service. Aaron needs a hug maybe.

Showed up yesterday at 740 to get a new Sim card. I was told they were closed since seven as I watched them lock up in front of me. Come to find out they were just closing up early and didn't feel like helping. Yikes.
