If you don’t have insurance Don’t come here for covid Vaccines,The man said need to pay money for it,I am go to other Walgreens the Covid vaccine is free. Garbage service.

I have used Walgreems for decades. For some reason, the service at the pharmacy at this one is simply terrible. Orders get lost and you're never notified of problems. They frequently run out of common medications. The scheduling system works inconsistently. Worst of all, they don't answer the phone. I have been on hold as long as an hour and then disconnected. Yesterday I waited for 30 minutes and it isn't uncommon. In these situations, I have sometimes just driven there to talk to them and they don't even seem to be particularly busy. Right now I am holding with my insurance company calling them. I am guessing they won't answer the phone... They seem understaffed and also, it seems some of the staff are not competent or are lazy.

workers seem like they are not enjoying their jobs, and they take 10 min on average to answer the phone.

This is our pharmacy and quick convenience store. The people here are EXTREMELY friendly, always greet me, and genuinely try to help me when I need it. I especially appreciate my pharmacists: rashesh & Mike! They have always kept me safe by explaining my medications to me, double checked for interactions, etc. I know they truly care about ME as a person as well. They are EXCELLENT at their jobs! Truly everyone works together to give their customers a good experience and great products on the shelves. Thank you Walgreens! Sarah M.
