“The VERY BEST place I know for getting any auto parts what so ever for any type of vhicle. Don and his crew there are VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE about pretty much any question you have to ask about the auto parts industry. Very GREAT guy that Don is. I have needed to borrow tools to fix things that I would only need the tool the one time and that's it. He's let me borrow the tool and bring it back when I was done several times. Unlike O Rileys or AutoZone where yes they will loan you that very same tool BUT they will charge you for it and you are only allowed it for a few hours. Granted you will be given the money back when your done and turn it in. But if you have ever been in the situation where the damn part cost so much you didn't have any cash left over to rent the tool needed. You were stuck till you had the money needed. Not like that with Don and fishers auto parts. You buy the part. They let you borrow the tool on your word and you get the job done, NO MORE MONEY OUT OF POCKET. I highly recommend fishers auto parts for any of you auto parts needs. They will definitely take good care of you!!!!!!!!!”

“A guy named Mike that works there went above and beyond today. I had a bad battery and he brought me a new battery and some basic tools to change and even helped me. About a few minutes later after he left I had a radiator hose crack in half and covered my engine in coolant and I called the store again. He just made it back and he came back out again with some tools and he helped me again to get back on the road and even helped clean up my mess i made and showed me the proper way of greeting the air trapped out of my radiator. Back up and going again!!!! Thank you, that’s some customer service!!! guy should get a vip medal”

“During the Ducoin fair our car was hit by the shuttle, the fair board and state AG took 6+ months to get us a payment for the repairs. During the wait the great people at Grithers stayed in touch with me and kept the process going. When I finally got a check from the state and a 1099 form ( income?) they took great care of my car and now it looks better than new!”
