Prepaid for gas here once gave them 40 pump stopped at 20 they said they mixed my pump with a guy who prepaid 20 never got my money back had to pay more to finish filling my car

The credit card system was down, but nobody bothered to put signs on the pumps... So every customer has to go through the process of trying to pay at the pump and their card being declined.
Before before going inside and finding out it's cash only.
They had a sign on the door of the building, but when I suggested To the cashier that they should put signs on the pumps. This cashier was completely dismissive and rude.
I understand that in that job the card system being down situation must be frustrating or stressful but I feel like my request was reasonable. I was in a hurry, my time was wasted and then on top of that, the cashier was rude. Won't be going there again.
