Understaffed uninformed unreliable and unsatisfied with all of it. I am having a prescription taken somewhere else after getting it from this building for over 9 years it's a horrible experience waiting in line for 45 minutes just to tell me to come back at 2:00 another 2 hours away and they've had the prescriptions since Friday of last week on the 1st today's the 5th and I still have to wait. I'm done with Kroger!

Absolutely the WORST experience for me getting my medications there over the last few months! They are severely understaffed. The customer service is atrocious especially when calling on the phone. If u use the automated system don't expect the refill to be ready anywhere near what it says OR at all. people lined up into the grocery section almost. I needed refills on my anxiety meds and the atmosphere of everyone having to stand and wait that long was really bad to where a woman in line was so rude to me on top of all I was going through and the wait the hassle of getting my meds and waiting somemore I was shaking I was so upset and trying to fight back tears I was soooo angry. I am a very patient person but It pushed me over. I lost my ever lovin' S on that woman before I Left (I prefer to call it standing up for myself ) I've gone in before expecting my meds to be ready and was so upset I was brought to tears. You would think considering the types of meds I was on they would have a little more consideration, but they don't have consideration for Anyone not even the elderly folks who go up and have a hard time understanding or getting around. All the other depts are nice in the store. They need to consider serious changes! Most likely better pay and working environment for the staff...if they don't want to end up all their customers switching and forcing them to close.

I only go here because of the drive through, but it's never open now. In the last year almost their entire crew has quit. They don't have my regular medicines in supply, often. Now, they have changed their hours AGAIN. I'm done. Maybe if they would pay people appropriately for their job, they wouldn't have such a hard time finding pharmacy techs, and they can afford to be open. Customer officially lost!ETA: also if you call in your refills to the automated system, there is no guarantee they will get it in the store. Several times it's told me I would have my refill at such and such day and time, just to find out when I get there that they don't have it in stocks and no record you put in for a refill at all.

This pharmacies employees are always kind and always willing to go the extra mile to get my prescriptions in a timely manner!! They are the best!!

I pick up meds here quite often and they have always been kind and helpful. It’s always helpful to call ahead and ensure the scripts will be ready when you go. They are a very very busy pharmacy. I believe they do the best they can with the amount of patients to which they provide.

It would be a one but there was one nice person in the pharmacy. I went to get my mom meds and I'm so glad I do not go here. The people are so rude. I don't mean like a little rude, they yelled at me to stand behind a line when no one was in front of me until she called me up there. Then stood there looking at me for 2 minutes with a smart a** tone said can I help you. I don't care if they could save me a hundred dollars a month wouldn't go to them.

TERRIBLE customer service!!! Refills are done whenever THEY decide, and it varies from person to person. Some people count refill day as day one, others don’t. Some will refill a day or two early, some won’t. It’s always a crapshoot and that makes managing my blood pressure medication quite difficult. When you call to ask about a refill and find yourself confused they snap “I don’t have time to argue with you!” And hang up!!! What the heck is THAT?!?! It’s happened multiple times so that tells me it’s a problem and not just someone having a bad day. I appreciate how stressful their job is and understand they can often deal with drug seekers so they need to be on their guard but a consistent refill policy would go a long way to minimizing that.AVOID this pharmacy. Walgreens is less than four minutes further down the road. Make the drive!

Horrible customer service! They changed the opening time in the drive through while I'm sitting there waiting at the window. Not saying a word! When I go inside and mention it they get nasty! Very unprofessional!

Always had great fast service and miss being able to use this Pharmacy since I moved to Carbondale. Expected equal service in Carbondale but unfortunately not the case. Murphysboro's Pharmacy should help Carbondale out, teach them the way.
