This location specifically night shift does not add your points. I think the guy behind the counter deletes after you type in your phone number. I have noticed this and will escalate to corporate.

It is unsafe. When I pulled in, a violent drunk purposely blocked in another car and was threatening these people at random. He said he had a gun. I went in to tell the worker and he literally laughed about it, and did nothing. They refuse to let the public access any bathrooms, which I believe is unlawful/not to code because such businesses are required to have public bathrooms. The place is filthy. The worker behind the counter follows you from isle to isle to make sure you're not a thief. There's nothing good about this location.

Very rude service they don’t even acknowledge you when you are buying from them. They just continue their conversations. It’s like you can’t even ask them a dam question. Very very rude. I guess they think they can just treat certain kinds of people any type of way (I’m Black btw. I only mention that because I see there are other comments about how they treat Black people unfortunately) It’s so disgusting. I genuinely don’t understand why this horrible customer service is always the standard at gas stations and 7/11s. They have no respect for other human beings!!

Nightshift guy is lazy at work.On 19april2022.I came to pickup online order.i approach lazy guy.he told me to prepare the order.i refuse it n told him it's ur duty to make order ready.so he cancel the order without my knowledge.n he told me to wait for 25min for order.when I ask him ,Y he cancel the order.his rly was very stupid.(he is busy,can't prepare it)I confronted ,who gave u rite to cancel order.Do we really need such types of people at work ?

The worst experience I have had in a long time! Very disrespectful, false advertisement on sale items, and highly arrogant in stating the 2 for 3 had been mispriced and if I don't like it, he didn't have to ring up my order. I have taken photos of the employee, as well as the sale marketing stating the 2 for 3 on 7up & orange soda. I hope my issue can be addressed, If not I will reach out to the better business bureau to have this location looked into.
