The lack of willingness to help me with an estimate was astounding. As a repair shop, I thought that’s what they are here for, but I guess not. Called to set up an appointment to go get an estimate, and after, without notice being transferred to three different people, The last person still couldn’t help me, even though I’m informing them I am paying out of pocket. I guess they don’t want customers.

Professional staff, that will listen to your needs and do what is necessary. Kept me informed of how long the process would take to get my car back, They even got it back a day early due to me needing it sooner.

Customer service all around was exceptional! Trusting a company with tour vehicle following an accident can be overwhelming but Caliber Collision made the process 100% stress free! Great communication, quality work, personable staff, quick turnaround. Upon dropping my truck off, myself and staff witnessed a car collision at the intersection I front of the shop. ALL staff willingly came to the rescue of those involved in the collision. I would recommend to anyone in need of collision repair.

Excellent facility that we were directed to by our car insurance. Professional, helpful and did not overlook any detail. Highly recommended. Our car was vandalized and they fixed a busted rear passenger window and replaced damage under the steering wheel. Our car insurance and Caliber Collision hooked us up with a rental car. We didn't have to lift a finger to do anything.
