My service advisor, Dan St. Denis, made the whole process smooth and kept me informed every step of the way as my car was repaired. He went above and beyond by retrieving something I had left in the rental car after I returned it and stayed after his contracted hours for me to pick it up. Now that’s customer service!

Absolutely terrible location. Repair was not done correctly and was called a liar, to which even the insurance adjuster confirmed he was told the same thing.

They did a great job. Very timely repair. Good communication. My vehicle came back cleaner than when I dropped it off. This is one of those places that you hope you don't need them, but if you do, you're glad they're there. Highly recommend!

when i first walked in i immediately knew this was Not your Average auto shop
The whole office was so nice extremely nice! They were experienced and knew exactly what to do I am a novice at this, and I trusted them completely completely
They were so nice and so professional and incredibly comforting with my situation
The guy who did my car was incredible. I don’t know what I was more impressed with, His professionalism and demeanor while discussing it with me or the job that they actually did on my car. it was incredible incredibly awesome chain of advance from walking in the door to driving out of the building I could not recommend a better auto body shop in the world much less tha Naperville area !!!!?

Jordan was the best! Total communication, I explained all my circumstances amd they did the best to help me. I have used this company 2 times. Both locations by me are AWESOME, JORDAN IS AWESOME!. Give him a raise, a pat on the back or a gift card! It's rare to find such great customer service, he went above and beyond, and I hope my review inspires him for the next customer.

I want to start by saying I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. The receptionists and the person assigned to us were very friendly and knowledgeable.
However, my dissatisfaction stems from poor service and lack of communication. Despite being told that repairs would start once my insurance approved the estimate, my vehicle was taken apart without approval or my knowledge. On June 20th, 2024, I learned from my State Farm representative—not Caliber—that necessary parts were discontinued, leading to a recommendation to total the car.
This caused significant inconvenience and distress:
1. My car was dismantled prematurely, making it non-drivable.
2. I was not informed about discontinued parts before the disassembly.
3. I feel like the premature dismantling will complicate the insurance process but hope that it does not.
Due to this, I moved my car to a new shop, which found all but one needed part and promised to complete the work.
However, I am concerned about the whereabouts of my car parts since they did not communicate what they did with them and seek assurance they weren’t stolen or sold. A formal apology from the branch manager would be appreciated, but I have yet to hear back from the main office.
While the initial interactions were positive, the overall experience was highly unsatisfactory due to poor communication and mishandling of my vehicle.

Update: I'm pleased to report that we found the parts, which were all in the trunk-thank goodness. However, it would have been helpful to receive this information directly from the company, but moving on it was still good news.
Additionally, the car that they (Caliber Collision) stated to could not be fixed because of discontinued parts is being repaired by the other shop we picked and should be ready in a couple of weeks.
I am very disappointed that I never received a response from the company, despite their comment here asking me to reach out. Given their status as a large business with locations across the United States, I expected a higher level of customer service.
All done!!!!!!!

I have taken two of my work trucks to this Caliber Collision location. Both times, Amanda Ali - the service advisor, gave me super accurate quotes, worked with my insurance company, and best of all, they fixed the vehicles quickly and did a fantastic job. If I ever need repair work again, I will only go see Amanda.
