Utterly unhelpful store manager. Asked for help with something and she said and I quote: “can’t do it, it’s just too hard” Sounds to me like you can, but just won’t. Will never be returning. Used to use this store because it is closer to me than HD or Menards even though the prices are a bit higher, but never again

i have been shopping here since i bought my first house in 1996. paid a bit more, but for good service and convenience. lately, the service has gone down hill - finding people, their knowledge and their customer service. have had two horrible experiences here in last few weeks. will not be back.

Really helpful employees. I called ahead and someone answered the phone on the 2nd ring! Felix was able to answer my question. I went to the store and was greeted by the cashier and helped right away. Ace is the place!!

Super helpful employees, and the store itself was pretty easy to go find my stuff, and the another thing I am super grateful for is that the restrooms are not in the big warehouse area like most Ace Hardware stores have them placed. That I do like and hopefully I can find more Ace Hardware stores like this one.

I’ve lived near this store for 30 years and have seen it get worse and worse, especially with Westlake taking it over and applying its management style: it’s variety of stock diminish, the quality of stock diminish, the sales ppl get replaced by less expensive ppl without knowledge and the desire to help, and now customer service. What’s left? It’s now worth it to me to drive elsewhere even if it’s 10 miles away.

People that work there are so rude. Especially one of the managers. Do not place delivery orders online because you will not receive them and than refuse to cancel you’re order.
