First of all, the employees of this store have always been pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, I am fed up with the constant unavailability of items! I shop there at least twice a month. They often don't have even the basic needs. I went there today and they had NO half and half, NO heavy cream, NO flavored creamers, and NO large containers of plain yogurt. I've gone there in the past and find NO bagels, often there's no 1/2 gallons of milk, and the freezer section looks like a desert.Their excuse each time is that they order these items, but they're magically not shipped to them. I call BS because I can drive 5 miles to the store in Bolingbrook and they have everything!I tried to send a complaint to Aldi but the pictures I took of empty shelves are saved as jpeg on my phone and their submission form won't accept anything except a jpg extension. When I tried to fill out their form online, I typed the address of the store and where you would select the state, the only thing that comes up is foreign countries!I used to love my Aldi store, but this has just been the last straw!

Very disappointed in the store and it’s employees. Sign says they’re open till eight but they routinely lock the doors by 750. Very frustrating when grabbing some last minute items.

Incredibly friendly staff at this store and it’s nice and clean. Even on busy days, they have a smile on their faces and treat everyone kindly. The cashier rang me up super fast and I was on my way out in a heartbeat! This location also has tons of items in stock, I don’t think I really saw anything missing from what I was shopping for.

Like many other posts recently they were out of numerous items. I got there early and when I walked in the main drive aisle was clogged up associates stocking. It was hard to shop and get through. Maybe start an hour early so as to not jam up the entrance aisle? The rest of the store was just weird, like it was the day before closing down and their just burning through stock. Had the same feeling when I went to a Kmart store closing years ago. I had to go to another Aldi out of my way to finish shopping. Unfortunate.

This Aldi is easily the best in the surrounding areas. I live closer to the Ogden store but I've had too many bad experiences there. This one is always clean and the staff is friendly. Which isn't always typical at any Aldi store. They usually seem overworked and angry.

Store setup felt awkward. Still great prices and choices for everyday needs.

Humongous Aldi location! It reminds me of the Batavia location because how much of a selection it has. I just wish it had a fresh bakery.

Bad produce and a mess. walked in, bad red grapes, bad green grapes, a lot of empty shelves with little choice. Salads looked bad and just piled on messy instead of organized. prices high for Aldi. Won't go back to the Showplace location.

Don't forget to bring your reusable bag, exceptionally inexpensive. Really good selection of ravioli. Garlic knots are so good

GOING BANANASThis Naperville ALDI was out of some basic items, and being yelled at by a lunatic in front of the store has permanently put me off. Before we get to the juicy bits, I'll say that this cost-effective grocer is located on Route 59, near a movie theater and Paris Bistro (a terrific French restaurant). It's a larger, newer building than most other ALDIs boasting a decent selection of wine/beer.I noticed that prices were a little higher than at our ALDI on Boughton & Weber, but maybe that's to be expected in Naperville. They didn't have frozen meatballs or chicken tenderloins from what I could see, which hasn't been an issue before. Maybe the latter is related to that chicken flu? What transpired before I even walked in was absolutely wild. A few feet from the entrance, a guy angrily accosts me while pointing a finger and hurling profanities. This male Karen was several orders of magnitude angrier than he needed to be, a real-life equivalent of cartoon characters when steam pours out of their ears:Pissed off guy: "Do you always nearly run over kids with your car, dipsh*t?!?!"Me (confused, convinced he's speaking to someone else): "uhhh dude what on earth are you talking about??"Guy (irate): "Yeah you, dipsh*t, I saw you back over by the Panera and I FOLLOWED YOU HERE."Me (now concerned a random person was hunting me down): "I'll be honest with you man, I have no clue what you're getting at, but I was watching the road the whole time, there's no kids around here, and you need to seriously chill out."Guy (shouting): "you're a reckless [redacted] and you better slow down next time, dipsh*t!!" *storms off into store*He went off on me for what felt like a long time. I still have zero idea what he was fuming about, but I know he was definitely not your average ticked-off. Part of me thought I'd become a chalk outline and this ALDI was going to be featured on the 7 o'clock news......thankfully it never came to that, but it was bizarre and disturbing enough to spur me from coming back here again (there's two ALDIs closer to me, anyway). Here I thought Naperville was known for swingers, not for people who want to take swings *AT* you!* TL;DR *Never a dull moment, I suppose. Not even on a Sunday afternoon doing a standard grocery run. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ -1.5 stars for not stocking some of the essential things other ALDI locations have always had.-1 star for the parking lot psychopath. It takes a truly unhinged maniac to follow a person you don't know at all, then berate them in public with swears a'plenty. Dude was majorly triggered, for real.Been here a few times and that's probably enough to call it quits, nothing particularly special about the place. Let this serve as a cautionary tale/friendly PSA to be on your guard; some people have simply lost their damn minds. Stay safe out there folks.

Nicest Aldi I have been to! Clean, organized and friendly staff. The prices are good and the selection of cheese containing microbial rennet is awesome! Their mini Blueberry Muffins are soft and taste fresh!
