Our move was excellent, but unfortunately there were two broken pieces (a large table and a dresser), both of which were minor repairs. It took Allied over a month to tell us that they were unable to repair these pieces. We had to hire a handyman to repair them ourselves. It is unfortunate in that because had there not been this problem, I would have given them a much higher rating, but they seemed unable to repair these pieces even if we paid for the repair.

Excellent customer service. Came on time. Handled items with care, kept me informed of the status of the move and ETA. Fair pricing. I shopped around for many movers and this is by far the best. Amanda was a very helpful coordinator.

The team that handled our move was extremely polite and professional, making sure that we had everything we needed during the packing/moving process and going the extra mile to make sure we had everything accessible for our toddler as well! They also worked very hard and very efficiently, and worked with us to ensure that delivery took place at the best time for us. Very satisfied with the service and would absolutely use again.

Every step of the process went smoothly. I appreciated the professionalism and thoughtfulness of all of the employees. The movers kept me updated on the process, were on time, careful of my belongings, and focused on their work. I am glad I chose Reebie/Allied.

From the initial meeting with Bill Ruecking, then scheduling with Vernita Johnson, to the actual move with Ramon and his crew, Reebie/Allied was fantastic. We had not moved in over 30 years so we were out of practice. The day of the move we had much more packing that needed to be done than anticipated. My advice to people who are moving is assume you will only get about half of what you think you are going to pack packed before the movers show up, so contract for the full moving and packing service. Despite our underestimation, Ramon and his crew worked hard and long hours to make sure the job got done. Bill and Vernita were gracious and helpful in handling the unexpected challenges we created.

Appreciated the communication during the planning and completing a move from Illinois to Florida.The movers on both ends were both patient and efficient with packing and later unloading from a large home to a much smaller space.
