“I have been looking for a coin shop that prices and buys fairly for some time…well I found that with Fox Valley Coins…I met with David who was knowledgable, friendly and took the time to even get to know me a bit… All the employees were personable and friendly..I had to drive about 45 minutes to get there and it was well worth the ride… I will never deal with any other coin shop.. They have my business solely…I usually never take the time to write reviews… I encourage anyone to use this shop.. its worth your time and money… thank you for a great experience Fox Valley!!!!!”

I feel really good because the money is used for a local organization that helps the children here in our area and I know where the money is going and it is staying locally where it is needed right now. I am very happy to support them and glad that I can on a frequent basis.”

What you will find are authentic antiques - not reproductions - pleasingly displayed in a clean and organized setting. The owners are knowledgeable and friendly and I'll be stopping there whenever I am near Glen Ellyn.”

We scheduled a time to come visit and discuss, to see if there was any sale value to Dr. Bob's shop. He did purchase a portion, and provided me with an appraisal and recommendations on what/where to do with the remainder of the collection. I am grateful for Friedman & Sons expertise and professionalism - it has helped me to find a place for a century+ old collection of stamps that will now be loved appropriately by those in the philately community. The parking can be a little tricky but it is jam packed with antiques and actual antiques not home goods items like most "antique" stores I have been to lately. The owner is very nice actually and she talks to you. I enjoy talking to her so I don't understand the other reviews. She lets you browse and shop around just fine. I always buy something. This is hands down my favorite antique store. Just wish she was open on Sundays. That's my favorite day to go to antique stores!!”
