Stephen (maybe Steven) was amazing! I was looking for a MacBook and it was clear that he truly wanted to find the best option for me - rather than just trying to sell me on the most expensive one. He asked good questions and helped me make a decision that fits my needs for work. It was quick and easy.

Employee wiped my phone during trade-in process and left early because “his shift was over”
He didn’t give me any direction or refer me to anyone. Don’t trust employees on the sales floor.

Visited a couple of times. Im a samsung user, but this time I was looking for an ipad to draw with because of how easy and convenient it is.
I was first greeted by a staff memeber who showed me some of the ipads. He wasnt really that helpful, Im gonna be honest, but at least he showed some interest in my concerns and questions. He then asked me when I was planning on switching to apple completely, and when I said I'm perfectly happy with my samsung, he frowned and lost interest entirely. Moments later he gave some half hearted excuse in what I considered to be the middle of our interaction and left the whole conversation. I thought he'd circle back, but he just went off to talk to other customers (and primarily other staff about whatever else). I had to continue touring myself and use my own phone to look up specs and features of different ipads to find the best one for my needs.
The whole interaction seemed incredibly unprofessional and elitist. Just because I primarily use their competitor, I'm suddenly not even a customer anymore at their store? Must I really be abandoned in the middle of the interaction when I'm literally looking to purchase a very expensive piece of tec?
The check-out was relatively smooth and I appreciated the free-to-test display devices. That aside, all the other times I've come to check out their products, every time I mention I'm a samsung user the staff just immedietely dissipate like moths around a blown out candle which is disappointing and a little insulting. Some staff do break through the norm and are very friendly and helpful, its just hard to find ones that will take the time to actually explain and help with whats what.

This was the worst customers experience I’ve had at Apple in over 25 years. I don’t know what has happened to the store but it’s been terrible lately. I had an appointment scheduled and even with an appointment. I waited 40 minutes before someone saw me then what they said to me at tech-support on the phone and Apple support and what the store tech said was two different things and they did not solve my problem nor did they fix what I needed done correctly so now I sit with the product that is sufficient to what I needed to do and I’m not happy with them and I’m going on vacation tomorrow and I need my headphones to work properly. The gentleman helping me was very rude and really didn’t care that. My problem was not corrected and he said that no matter what tech-support says they still have to run all their own test in the store and their test had the same results as tech-support
If you need Apple tech-support pick any other Apple Store than this store, it’s terrible

Crowded. The staff was overworked and frazzled. The “experts” were not much of experts. Constantly running back to the main guy every 2 mins
