Jacked up my bills. Lied to my face about my upgrade and held my phone hostage until put in a review for giving me my phone.

The staff are clearly not wanting to be there or help. He tried to put up multiple blockers for me to upgrade my phone. Kept coming up with reasons why he couldn’t and he clearly was too lazy to do the paperwork. It is the guy who worked on November 14th at 12:34pm.
He tried to say I can’t upgrade my phone because I have a basic plan. I only went to this location because they have the 16 pro Max’s. The other location was full and ready to upgrade my phone. He is rude and didn’t even apologize. Clearly he did not want to be there or even do his job.

If I could give zero stars I would this is the reason I don't like going into AT&t stores cuz all they do is constantly put stuff onto your account that you don't want and I didn't want my insurance cycled but he did that anyways and he put next up on my bill again avoid this store avoid any AT&t store unless you just need to do data transfer order everything online these people are worthless and AT&t makes it impossible for them to make money without doing fraud

My husband and I just had the most outstanding customer service from Tevin! AT&T is lucky to have this gentleman as an employee. He is an expert in his field, professional and took outstanding care of the 3 customers he was serving at the same time. I will not go anywhere else in the future.
