“This Caliber Collision location truly exceeded my expectations! After my very first car accident, I was honestly nervous about the whole process and having to grow through this again. But they made it the best experience possible. Everyone was so friendly, professional, and took the time to explain all the paperwork clearly.
My car was repaired in just 4 days! (Granted the damage wasnt super bad) and to my surprise, it was detailed inside and out—it looked brand new! ?They even made the rental process seamless. Enterprise picked me up right from Caliber Collision, and setting up the rental was quick and easy.
I feel so grateful and blessed for how smooth everything went. I will absolutely be recommending this location to all my family and friends. Thank you for turning such a stressful situation into such a positive experience!

“On my way to class yesterday, my truck’s battery suddenly started to die quickly. Luckily I was right down the road from this AAP, but I had never been, so I gave them a call to see if I could quickly get a replacement.
Frank was extremely kind and helpful while I was internally in panic mode. He walked me through battery choices and replaced my battery all in under 20 minutes. I still made it to class on time.

“I used them last year on one of my cars and they did a wonderful job, on time and on budget. Everything was fitted properly and all paint matched. Mechanical repairs were perfect as well. Now I went to them for an estimate on my other car and their bid came in $700 lower than the next lowest. Given my previous experience it is a no-brainer to use them again. Mark is a straight shooter and very easy to deal with. I highly recommend this shop.”
“It was 7:30 pm and I had a check engine light go on. All the auto repair shops were closed. I was about 30 miles from home. I went into Advance Auto Parts on Forgue Rd in Naperville to get a quart of oil in case I was low on oil. I had no idea where to pour it into, but Jaylene, who waited on me, was nice enough to go out into the rain and show me where to pour the oil into. He went above and beyond, with a smile and never complained. So appreciated his help! Great employee and a very nice young man.”

She updated me frequently and is willing to go the extra mile to help e.g. she asked the manager to release my car on a Friday afternoon even when the adjuster was not responding.”

“Went into get a tire replacement on my Fiat 124 Spyder Abarth model. Tire would not hold air. One of three things. Nail/rim/valve stem. Odds on favorite is a nail and to my mind that meant tire replacement. Sure enough there was a nail however the dealership stated that it could be repaired. I neither asked for a repair nor did the dealership make an attempt to go straight to tire replacement. Upon discovery if the nail they immediately quoted me the cost for repair stating this can easily be repaired resulting in an out the door cost of 50.00 versus what would surely have been north of 250.00 at the very least I am sureSo the five star review is on the honesty and integrity of the dealership who's’ face at the time was Miss Angie who wrote up the work order and kept me posted theoughout the entire process. Recently I brought my black Maserati Granturismo to them for some paint touch up. There was a little hiccup and Olaf the owner and I came to a friendly solution and talked it over. “Took my car in after a minor accident and after taking it to multiple shops for quotes that were pretty dismissive. They went above and beyond my expectations. I had a hard color to match with metal flake and now you'd never know it was repainted. Only "downside" was it took a little while to get it in but it was *well* worth the wait. So glad I found them compared to a lot of the other shops they really seemed to care about restoring my car to brand new. Can't recommend them enough.”

I came a whole day early to deliver, and they turned me away… However, the manager spoke with some people and was able to work me in thank the Lord. It’s a little tight. Receiving docks are all the way towards the end, and the receiving office itself is at the end as well. Warehouse worker was friendly, even as he turned me away the first time he was still friendly about it. From when I backed in to when I left, it took about an hour. ??”
