Literally the worst service I have ever had in my life. It was snowing and it’s in the negatives and they made me stand outside and I received no help for my battery and then I need to start my car and it wouldn’t start so I asked someone inside to give me a jump and they told me to go next-door to the gas station and find someone to jump my car. They wouldn’t even walk me through how to take my battery out. I finally got someone at the gas station to jump my car & I left and went to O’Reillys and bought a battery. I will never come back to this location.

Was told that they don’t do refunds on other location purchases. Went to a different location where I successfully received a refund. Don’t appreciate the time wasted

Needed a new battery for my car… I was in a rush, and it was an emergency situation.. Don was more than helpful with everything.. had it installed and running again in minutes.. all before 9 AM ??.. Thank you again!!!

Visited this store to have the battery replaced for the key fob for my vehicle, which I had replaced at another business. The business I previously visited didn't install the battery incorrectly. Gary, was very helpful in getting the battery replaced correctly. I usually come to this location to get my key fob replaced. I will be sure not to go to the other business next time and come to this location where I know it will be done correctly. Thank you, Gary for your kind and professional service.

I wanted to give Chris and Angel a shout out at this autozone for really going above and beyond in my time of need. I had a squirrel attack wires in my car not once but twice and they were able to help with a part that I greatly needed not once but twice and were accommodating and friendly each visit. Kudos guys!

Today I stopped by the Naperville store on North Aurora Avenue for help with my car battery. Ricky promptly tested the battery and, after finding it defective, determined which battery matched Toyota's recommendation and quickly installed it for me. He was friendly, knowledgable and efficient. His service was great and recommend that you use him to meet your auto part needs.
