Absolutely love the residents and staff. Very friendly and welcoming.! Love how super quiet it is at night being an 62+ community. No loud music, families, rude neighbors.

I now live at Everleigh Apts, 504 Commons Rd, Apt 131, Naperville, IL 60563. The maintenence staff here are phenomenal. I can not MIbe more impressed how quickly they respond and their work.is exceptional. I am thrilled I chose this boutique apt building to live. Entire staff is amazing, a community feeling with wonderful wholesome, caring people. This week.I reported my ice maker.broke. Replaced it next day with a nice Whirlpool refrigerator. Transferred all my items in new one. I.was so.impressed.

My parents are very happy they moved here from their large home. It is the right size for them and has all the activities they enjoy. They don't want to leave because they know that if they have a problem, the technicians are prompt and fix it.

My mother lives here and loves it. She is thrilled with the fact that it is a community in the truest sense of the word. Their maintenance supervisor, Dave, is an Amazing asset that is prompt, kind, and gets things fixed quickly when needed.

Nice clean place for Mom. Well ran. Nice staff too.
Most residents are VERY nice and kind - many went out of their way to help mom in times of need. Almost like a family.
HOWEVER, there are a few residents who are enraged Democrats. Residents actively voice their hostile political liberal opinions during social events, pound their fists on tables while yelling their leftist radical rhetoric.. demonizing those who don't agree. Even their 504 social network platform (which is supposed to be for senior social activities and free of politics) are filled with extreme leftist opinions, hate and rhetoric - I have countless examples I can post if necessary. ONLY AFTER we moved mom out because of health reasons did I feel safe posting this opinion. Mom always sat quietly and meek on politics, NEVER voiced her opinions.
Conservatives, or those who are annoyed by extremism in politics should look elsewhere. Old Chicago liberal money live here. It's unfortunate political bullies ALMOST ruin it.

I have worked at this community for going on four years and love it! The amenities are wonderful, my team is caring and the residents make each day special! If you are over 62, or know someone that is, Everleigh Naperville is a great option. It offers all the comforts of home without the responsibility!

Avenida Naperville is a wonderful place to live. It offers amenities and activities for the 62 plus active adult. There's a swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor grills, fire pit and a fitness studio.The many activities offered are based on the 5 to Thrive concept of Live in Motion, Live and Learn, Live Confidently, Live Life and Live Connected.

I was one of the first residents. First, everyone is friends. Second, the staff is outstanding. Last, a great breakfast every morning. This is more like a resort than an apartment facility.

Wonderful place to live for the 62+ crowd. NOT an 'independent living' or nursing facility. This is a top class apartment building with lots of extras for active adults.
