I had a smooth experience with Avis. The car was clean, well-maintained, and ready on time. The pickup and return process was quick, and the staff was professional and courteous. No hidden charges, and everything was clearly explained. Would definitely rent from Avis again.

The best experience I have ever had renting a car! Eddy is a true rental veteran and it shows. He always responds quickly and resolves any issues right away. His staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and they strive to be efficient and get you on the road with minimal hassle. I did an extended rental and the renewal process was seamless. Overall, I am very pleased and look forward to any future rentals with Avis on Ogden in Naperville!

Had a great experience with Avis! Ben, Moe, and Shiva were incredibly helpful in getting me the car I needed and provided excellent support throughout the entire rental process. Returned a vehicle… filled it up at Mobile station down the road (nearest station of any kind and literally walking distance from their office). They haven’t checked the vehicle at all which is fine I guess… until I got a $23.21 fuel charge a minute a later. Called them immediately and had to call a few times... as call went to their automated system (was later explained that they were busy and couldn’t answer… although there were two people in the location and no other customers around (3:15pm on a Monday) - 100% ignoring the calls). After finally getting through to the location they said it was a system mistake and that I will be refunded in few a few days at the latest... I wonder how many people don’t “catch their mistake” of a bogus fuel charge… or how many people don’t deal with 15 mins on the phone with their system to ultimately ask the office to remove that charge…

I rented an EV. It was a Chevy Bolt. The car brokedown within less than 24 hours! It had to be towed! I was charged $229.40 for less than 24 hours! Huge rip off!

The cars displayed on the website indicate that payment is accepted upon pickup; however, they do not have the car available. Upgrading to a higher car incurs extra fees, which feels like a robbery.

I had a 3 day reservation for mid size gas vehicle, n wen I arrive bad attitude to start! Then they tell me my reserved car is not available but I can call next wk??? Oh then they do have a car electric Bolt, I told her I reserved a gas-crappy attitude she told me again call next wk n check!
WTH! Bad impression for my 1st uber rental!
