This place is too busy soaking insurance companies to replace bumper covers instead of doing REAL bodywork for people who need it done. If they don't support me, I have zero need to support them!

So happy I found this body shop! They have great customer service; helpful, attentive, and fast. When I picked up my car, the entire car was vacuumed and cleaned, and the work that was done on my car was perfect. They even left a coffee mug and calendar for me as a gift for using their services. I would highly recommend.

B&L was listed as a recommended shop by my insurance company. My car had minor damage and was drivable, I stopped by for an estimate. I made an appointment, they called me after a spot opened up early. The car rental place picked me up, and I was able to drop the rental at B&L. I was in and out in two days. Car looks great, good communication from their office.

Both front end staff members are communicative, but cordial at best, lending a cold welcome. After 7 months of waiting for parts, I was pleased to receive the call I would be fit in and a rush would be put on the front end repair work of my 2023 Outback. The day the job was finished and I was on my way to pick up the vehicle I was told an old slightly damaged part had to be put on due to “shipping error.” When I arrived and inspected my vehicle, the work appeared adequately performed - except I noted the stamped text on my fog light lenses was upside down. I mentioned the fog lights to the shop manager and he dismissively assured me it wasn’t possible that they are upside down because they “ship as a unit and only fit on one side.” Whether this was dishonesty or incompetence, I have returned home with unusable fog lights and very poorly aimed headlights that I discovered while driving at night.Services: Painting

I was in a car accident and I chose this body shop to get my car fixed. They exceeded my expectations. They confirmed my appointment in a timely manner, I was able to leave my rental car there, and they handled the insurance companies (best part). They also had my car done in a week. The only thing is, is that they are so busy it took a while to get my car in, but highly recommend the wait..

I used this body shop through insurance for hail damage. They not only fixed the dents in my car but cleaned the interior and wired in a dash cam! This was a great surprise, I appreciate all their work and would definitely recommend.Service: Body & Trim

Very pleasant experience here. My car had gotten dropped off here for work related repairs. When I returned the car, not only had the repairs been done, but the car had been washed wipe down and I also got a free cup. Great customer service.Service: Body & Trim

Picked up my car yesterday. It was ready in 3 1/2 days. The original estimate was 6 days. Car looks great. Excellent color match on the paint. It was a chilly day. B&L had warmed up the car before we got there. Nice touch. Thanks B&L.

this place was recommended by my insurance company so went for an estimate. worst experience of my life. owner was tired, crabby and not very excited to talk with me. went on forever about how busy he was and how he doesn't provide preliminary estimates, just parts estimates. asked him how can I be assured that his charges would be acceptable to my insurance. company. lots of double talk and he was obviously agitated that I would dare ask questions. couldn't wait to get out of there. someday when the economy levels out, these business's that abandoned customer service so shamelessly will hopefully close down. This owner is way past his useful working prime. lots of shops to choose from without being berated. run, don't walk, from this shop!. Now I know why there are no recent positive reviews for this shop! must of run out of family members...
