I was trying to open an account with this institution, they requested proof of address verification. I submitted my bank statement which according to them is an acceptable form of verification. Maria Pogwizd did not accept it because the account statement I submitted had a zero balance. Wow! I have multiple accounts and can submit another but why!

I'm writing a review for the location at 2943 W 95th St, Naperville, IL 60564. Terrible service! I needed to withdrawal money to pay my handyman this morning before my husband left for work, and the ATM said withdrawal temporarily unavailable. I was in my PJs because I had to get home quick, so I wasn't going in the lobby. Since the drive thru apparently had no cash in it or wasn't functioning properly, I had to go to the BMO Harris Bank to withdrawal cash. When I phoned BOA 800 number to get the fees waived, the wait to talk to a person was 40-50 minutes. Then I called the branch and was told by a machine that everyone was busy and then it hung up on me. No voicemail option, nothing. When I called back, the woman said she could not help me over the phone, I had to come in. Again, I have no car today and the issue is because their machine wasn't working. Terrible customer service - I am switching to USAA!!!
