Bath & Body Works is a national chain store with a very convenient location. The store offers hundreds of quality products, including fragrant body lotions, shower gels, candles, soaps, and hand sanitizers, with many seasonally themed items. It is known for being amazingly crowded at any day or time. While most in-store experiences are great, with employees described as helpful, genuine, and having really great energy, one phone interaction was not the best customer service. For easier shopping, advance online orders can be picked up at a separate window to avoid the regular line. Customers often find themselves buying way too much due to the overwhelming variety of amazing scents.
Staff always friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. Store always very well stocked and neat and clean. Plus it always smells great in there!

Ms. Ginny was very helpful and encouraged me to try the plug in’s. I came in for the laundry care products. The atmosphere was enjoyable. I don’t shop very often but with this store being outside of the mall. I will give it a try.
