I've had my Toyota Tacoma serviced at Becker several times, mostly for routine maintenance, but also for more extensive repairs. The staff is friendly and professional, and takes the time to explain what work needs to be done. The work has been completed quickly and on time, and for a good price. Becker has become my go-to auto repair shop and I have recommended them to friends and neighbors.

MY CAR’s PARKING LIGHT BULB WAS FUSED THEY DID NOT New AND MENTION ABOUT THIS.WHEN I SAID THEN ONLY THEY NEW ABOUT IT AND TOLD ME TO COME AGAIN AND THEY WILL GIVE ME THE ESTIMATE for replacement of the bulb.THAT IS WASTE OF YOUR TIME

I scheduled an appointment today with them and called them to confirm if they needed anything ahead of time regarding my warranty. The guy on the phone basically wasn't helpful and told me that Hyundai's and KIAs are notorious for burning oil. Made me feel like I was an idiot for owning an Hyundai and didn't offer anything helpful at all. I promptly scheduled an appointment with a place that is more professional and courteous and cancelled with Becker. Not a good first impression at all.

I have been taking my almost antique car to Becker since it was a new car. They thoroughly inspect the car and tell me about the issues they find, pointing out which ones don’t need to be addressed right away. Their reports always come with photos of the areas in question, allowing me to see the issues myself to help me make decisions. Trust and competency and good communication are all important in a mechanic, and Becker exhibits all of these qualities. I fully trust and recommend Becker.

I was referred to Becker by friends and I’m really glad we found a place we could trust with our older vehicles. Everyone we’ve worked with over the last year or two has been exceptionally professional and conscientious of our budget and our cars are running great! Turn around time has always been prompt and communication has always been immediate.

Been going to Becker Service Center for a few years now & I doubt I’ll ever go anywhere else in the future. Honest mechanics, giving real world advice, help guide me through the work that needs to done immediately vs what can wait. Their service reports are texted directly to me and are easy to read and review. Their turnaround is fast too, drop offs and pick ups often happening on the same day. Every visit feels like catching up with old friends.
Take your car here, you won’t regret it!

Paid for a few services that were not completed. After suspicious noises, I got a checkup at Firestone and was shown that becker charged me for services that they did not do. For example, they did a "clean and adjust" but when Firestone opened it they saw that only the outside was cleaned. This is deceptive. It means they only cleaned the
visible parts. They didn't think anyone would verify their work. I have a toddler and they decieved me in several ways. My car remained unsafe to drive until Firestone tightened screws and edited their work. When I approached Becker about it, they became defensive and embarassed. Very sad. Don't buy the hype and have a Third party "double check"

Our car is going on 10 years. It needed a lot of work… I wanted to make sure it was safe and that it was somewhat fuel efficient. Becker made sure my concerns were addressed and that they stayed within my budget. I appreciate a service center that listens to its customers, is thorough in their inspection, is professional in how they interact with customers, and is professional in work performed. I will definitely return to Becker Service Center if more work is needed in the future.

I've been going to Becker for years with my Subaru Legacy and Mazda RX-8 and they have always been very good on price, communication, and quality of service. Among many many smaller repairs, they were able to diagnose a starter issue on my RX-8 that stumped the local Mazda dealer's staff. They also performed a major subframe replacement on the Legacy that we have been very satisfied with. Highly recommended!
