Purchased a pre-owned , certified vehicle two days ago. Overall, the initial experience was pretty good. The sales guy, Kwaku, and his the finance guy, Mo, were great to work with. I can't say the same about upper management. I went with a 48 month financing but decided I prefer the 36 month as the rate was better. I emailed them yesterday, Sunday, requesting a cancellation of the contract that was signed less than 48 hours ago and a new contract for the shorter term. I was told they can't do it, which I don't believe. I called seven other local Bmw dealerships and spoke with somebody in finance. The majority told me that should not be a problem for them to cancel, and re-issue another contract. I also called Bmw financial and was told that the dealer should be able to honor my request since the loan has not yet been set up or funded. Again, no issues with the sales person or the finance person. But I'm doubtful I will ever do business with this dealership again, or recommend them to anybody, including my clients, many which are attorneys that reside in the Naperville area. And we will be in the market for a BMW EV within the next couple of months (considering an I4 M5). It's really a shame that I don't want to do business with this dealer again, because I truly enjoyed working with Kwaku and Mohammed. He's very professional, knowledgeable, low-key, no pressure, which is difficult to find these days in this business. But as the same goes, a few people can ruin it for everybody.

$2500 bill and I didn’t even get my car washed and vacuumed. I did not get a full report on the 32-point inspection, service assessor just told me your car is in good condition. I am used to get full details on every single point inspected from other lower end brands such as Mazda, definitely not what I expected from BMW.

Very nice place and people. My service advisor Jeff is always so helpful, informative, and tells me exactly what I need without pressuring me to do more. I have never had a problem making an appointment and they have even accommodated me when I needed to get in quickly. Great service every time!
