Definitely profiled point took 40 minutes to cash their money order with no line. Ask for ID twice. Vanessa was my attendant she told me I should have went to another bank.

Please stay away from this bank , they have the worst customer service . We were trying to make a loan payment online but it wouldn't recognize our account number so we call to make the payment by phone but again it wouldn't accept our account number . We call to rectify the problem but no one seems to know why and can't seem to help us , so they hang up . My spouse then tells me this is the second month this has happened . Never had such a hard time paying a bill.

Terrible bank. They closed my account because it wasn't being used (this is my secondary bank). They didn't even send a notice by email or regular mail. Just closed it!. Ridiculous.

The staff is not knowledgeable and uncaring with the customers. They should be fired because they are unfit to work in the bank. They told my account is frozen but I lost 1000 dollars to fraud via zelle during their inability to freeze my account.Now I am in the process of filing dispute.

So have a huge savings in this bank. I just tried to deposit THREE DOLLARS in this bank from a huge company and was denied despite many attempts. Um ok.

Ajit Sandhu was a huge help! My debit card was hacked and Ajit was able to help me on Christmas Eve when I couldn’t find help anywhere else! She was very kind, helpful and went above and beyond to help me. 10/10 would recommend. I wish all employees provided this level of professionalism, knowledge and kindness. She was even able to assist me when I was confused about something days later and was able to re-explain and help me.

My husband and I have been customers of BMO for over 30 years and have recently completed a refi with another bank because of the incompetence of the loan originator who we initiated our refi with. We tried to voice our concerns to the manager of her department, but she was of no help either.We requested a specific loan amount to the loan originator, but she kept adding a higher amount than we wanted, twice. After countless emails and calls, she finally reached out and said that she would correct the request.She changed the amount to a considerably less amount than we wanted.She was difficult to reach, unable to listen to what we needed and it seems is not qualified for this job. She is arrogant and told us she worked from home and was tired in the evening and could not answer our calls.We started this refi with her in July through September. We decided not to close and left the bank and have since closed on our new loan. Not the BMO of previous years.

Terrible customer service. After reading the other reviews, seems like a trend. I have been banking here since 2007. Thank goodness I didn't need much during that time because I would've probably had more issues. I found three instances of fraud on my account. I was told that I needed to deal with the Branch Manager Michelle. Customer service told her to contact me and she didn't so I had to follow up. I could tell she didn't want to deal with it but I persisted as two of the three were stolen checks meant for my church. She was supposed to send me the affadavit. Never sent and now she won't return any of my (multiple) emails. Dealt with customer service since who has always been nice but I get a different answer depending on the rep. Most recently left a voicemail for fraud (at customer service's direction) and they never responded. If someone follows up on these reviews (which I doubt) do not have Michelle contact me. I want to speak with someone that can actually help me get resolution and will follow up.

I have been banking with this location since 2007. I recently had three issues of fraud on my account and the customer service has been terrible. If I could give a 0 star I would. I was originally told I needed to deal with the branch manager Michelle since we don't live in state anymore. She didn't call me when they said she would so I had to follow up. I spoke with her a couple of times and she was supposed to send me the form. Never came. Now she won't respond at all. Dealt with customer service a few times and they've always been nice but get a different answer every time. I've been dealing with this for a few months now with no progress. Terrible customer service! If they do any follow up on negative reviews (which I seriously doubt), I do not want to be contacted by Michelle....

Horrible bank. I called there 3 times and left messages for the manager to call me and she never called me back. When I went there she told me she don't have time. Beware of her. Her name is Michelle. She is rude and unprofessional. I saw her screaming at the bank associates as I was leaving. I will never go there again. So rude.

Today I walked in to withdraw sufficient money to put a down towards a purchase. BMO Harris denied me of my cash I needed of my checking account. Teller and the manager present violated my rights according to Smart Advantage checking account They said policy says I have to ask a money order in advance and only willing to give me half of the money I needed. I would have understood if there was not enough cash available in the bank but you tried to prove a point and ask me to go to other locations that’s going to give me the service I needed. Ridiculous...No apologies accepted
