Worst hours of any bank I have ever used. Saturday they are closed at noon. Mail comes at noon, so no deposits until Monday. Time for my business to change banks.

This review is for BMO banks as a whole. This has been and continues to be the worst bank I've ever banked With especially for business. Avoid at all cost. Equal opportunity is a joke they definitely discriminate in more ways than one. I have had issues with every transaction when it comes to transfers or withdrawal of my own money. They will accept deposits easily- cash/ check and make your funds available immediately but the moment you try to access those funds they will find any reason to freeze your account.
On top of that after applying for one of their products for business I received the letter attached saying they want liquidity verification for the business, etc. Ok never had to do this before but fine. The issue is they don't want me to include in that verification the large amount I have in my BMO accounts they specifically wrote on this letter to exclude those. Why? Have you all received anything like this before? Seems very weird considering other issues and discrimination I've already endured while banking with them.

Important to note, Jeffrey Larsen is the ONLY reason for 1 star and if this review was solely based on his service I would give 5 stars. If not for Jeffrey this bank deserves a ZERO.BMO Harris took advantage of my senior citizen mother beyond belief. They opened FIVE checking accounts for her. One of the accounts is no longer even eligible to open. To clarify, this Harris is NOT the location that originally opened my mother's accounts.I came to this Harris in an attempt to resolve the issues caused by the Naperville Harris Bank on 3004 Reflection Dr, Naperville, IL 60566.This Harris simply closed my mother's account to avoid lawsuits and the branch manager hid from us.We will be pursuing legal assistance against the branch management. If you must bank here, ONLY DEAL WITH JEFF LARSEN!

Terrible! Their online bill pay does not always pay on time. I set payments for a certain date and they did not arrive on the “guaranteed” arrival date. We ended up with late fees for our credit card not once but twice! Their resolution department promised to cover the fees, but never did. They instead made excuses as to why the bill was not paid in time. I’ve pulled my money from this account and will tell everyone I know about my experience.

Don’t bank here. Took my 17 yo in to cash paychecks drawn on this bank and they were going to charge him $10 each. They asked if he wanted to open an account. Not at a bank that would do that.

I have been a Harris bank customer almost my entire life. I visited this branch because I had a fraudulent check cashed out of one of my accounts. The check was a fake check without any signature on it and had a wrong address for me yet somehow they still took it out of my account. I was having a private conversation with one of the bankers who was very nice and was figuring out what we can do. One option was to immediately close my account but that would be problematic because I have a lot of outstanding checks that would then bounce so that was not ideal. All of a sudden William Brodeur a "Retail Relationship Banker" inserted himself into our conversation and was extremely rude and condescending telling me among other things to "talk to the fed" and "read the regulations." He has absolutely no manners especially to a customer that was just a victim of fraud and I cannot believe he is allowed to deal with customers on a daily basis. He should be fired on the spot.

Jake Hernandez helped me with my transaction and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and honest.I mistakenly gave him extra $1000 and he returned it to me right away.I realize, that most bank employees would do the same, but still it was very nice!
