This is a weird location on Delhi road, what more weird is, there is no drive thruI mean there is a drive thru windows and lanes but in the past 10yrs I never saw one car at the drive thruWent into the branch banking a couple of times, they are always always busy!Once you walk in, there like two desk, no teller window or counter just straight up desk with personal bankerThere a few bigger office, of which they also assist you when the two bankers are busy

Branch manager does not know how to speak to customers and misspelled information multiple times on confirmation documents. Called customer service to verify that misspellings wouldn't affect processing timeframe and they told me to go back to the branch because they have different systems and couldn't help me. 2 for 2 awful experiences. Avoid BMO.

This bank keeps getting worse and worse at every location like a slippery slope. Oswego be rude af, Aurora takes until Christmas to process anything and this location does not even have a drive thru. Walk in only and ATM

The branch manager is very rude and brings negativity to the branch. I spoke to her and she looked at me crazy and didn’t speak back. I wonder if it has something to do with my red locs ?. I will not be returning to this location until she is replaced.

We were greeted and treated well by employees. Michael Nulf was extremely helpful and kind. He took his time helping us was very attentive, really he went above and beyond to help!

When I walk into the branch I am warmly welcomed. They have taken time to explain any banking questions I have questions about. I even had trouble with another bank losing paperwork from an IRA check I had written for BMO and BMO called the other bank and figured out how to solve the problem. They treat you like a person not a number.

These guys tried to tell me military id isn't a valid form of id to take money out of my account. Maybe we should protest at the doors of this bank, when the main office said no I should've been able to take out money
