Their gas price is always $3.99, and while it's not illegal for a gas station to set their own price, it is illegal in IL for a gas station to price gouge it's customers. With no other gas station around, I can see whythis BP thinks it can get away with bad business practices. I will be following up with relevant state authorities.

Their gas is always $0.90 above market price. Service and attendants are good but the high prices are predatory.

No wonder why they have 2 stars rating on google! This gas station is a highway robbery the picture I took Took shows the gas prices here at 3.99 a gallon! Right down the street every other gas station is 3.29-3.39 a gallon! I highly recommend getting gas elsewhere

They don't put prices on or near items. Shady business practice, so who knows what else they do that is questionable.

Stopped woth a blown tire. Nice Hispanic guy delivering ice that worked for BP stopped to help us. We were very grateful. This was Labpr day amd we were 1.5hrs from home. Great staff

From 11pm-4am they are closed inside. Which I understand. But then you need to attend to your walk up area/box. Rang the door bell 3 times. I shouldn't have to call for someone to come over. Gas prices fluctuate I know but this specific gas station always seems pricier than other in the area. Thornton's down the street is 4.35, Speedway is 4.36. BP 4.49

I came inside this location earlier today because I wanted a coffee. I took a cup and dispensed a small amount of “horchata” flavored iced coffee to see if I would like it (I DID NOT, it was terrible) so I threw away my plastic cup and proceeded to shop around. I was then informed that there was a charge for plastic cups, whether it is empty or not. In addition to the extremely rude and unhelpful staff…I do not recommend shopping at this location. Much better off going to Speedway about .50 miles down which is what I did today. This BP is a rip off and is committing highway robbery!

Not actually 24 hours, no marking on the door to reflect this, gas price is way high than everywhere else, just go to a different gas station

Not 24 hours or the guy that stands there all night is just plain lazy. He will let you stand at the window forever, and then hold up a closed sign. Update your hours or fire the night guy

Went at 11:15PM, sign posted saying window only after 12. Doors locked, multiple people pulled up and left. It's not 24hours!

I recently visited the BP gas station located at the intersection of Brookdale Road and Illinois 59, and I am compelled to share my experience as a warning for potential customers. The overall quality of service I received there was severely lacking, and the establishment left much to be desired.
To begin with, the staff at this location exhibited a level of rudeness that was quite unexpected and unwelcome. As a customer, I expect a certain degree of courtesy when interacting with employees, but that was not the case here. Their unprofessional behavior significantly detracted from my experience.
Additionally, I decided to give their car wash service a try for the first time yesterday, and it proved to be an utter waste of money. My car came out looking nearly identical to how it appeared before entering the wash – in other words, grimy and far from clean. This lack of effectiveness in their car wash service is both bewildering and frustrating for customers who pay for this amenity.
There are various other aspects of this BP gas station that contribute to an overall unpleasant environment. While the scope of these issues may vary in severity, it becomes clear that improvements are desperately needed across the board.
In closing, I sincerely hope that this location can undergo a transformation through being purchased by a more customer-centric company such as Wawa, Cumberland Farms, Sheets or Quiktrip. These brands would likely address the deficiencies currently plaguing this BP gas station while offering a better overall experience to its patrons.
Until such time, I cannot recommend this particular BP gas station for those seeking fuel or other amenities in the area.

This place consistently has higher gas prices than anywhere else. Brutal. Go down the street to speedway or delta sonic.

They are trying to charge almost $0.40 forty cents more than every other gas station in the area! Omg what a scam! It’s not like Bp tells them what to make the price, they set their own price based on supply and demand! How can someone who owns a business be so dumb?Everyone always told me to avoid this place and now I know why!

I stop by on saturday morning for gas , I went inside to pay but the skinny guy with beard never response with respect and always busy in the phone. I will take my business somewhere else.
