Paid $2.50 for tire air and didn’t get any air at all. Man at the register said it’s not affiliated with them at all. I should call the number on the pump. I did, which no one responses to. So thank you for stealing my $2.50. So please don’t waste your money trying to pump air in your tires

I have never had a bad experience at this location. I wish I knew the names of the 2 people who served me on my last 2 visits be they were both spectacular! My first encounter was with a woman and she was so friendly, it was a great way to start my day! My second encounter was with a man and he was very quick as professional, I was in and out in a minute! I highly recommend this location!

Unprofessional, didn't charge the right price and didn't offer a refund, even know he knew he was in the wrong. On top of that, gave us the wrong order.

This BP is terrible! All items are extremely overpriced and most items don’t have price tags. The owners of this location are extremely sketchy, just scroll through the other Google reviews! The gas is always at least 20¢ more than the Murphy’s or Speedway across the street. DO NOT GO HERE!

I would give Zero stars if i could. I would actually give this place NEGATIVE 5 stars. It's so horrible. This is literally the absolute worst Dunkin location I have EVER experienced. Unless you have 30 minutes to wait in the drive thru, I highly suggest finding a different location. They take ONE CAR AT A TIME. AND don't let the next car order until the last car has their order. It's fucking ridiculous, and on top of that they still have the audacity to be rude and give attitude at the window. I've experienced multiple different people treated poorly and the coffee tastes like shit. Find another location

I HAVE NEVER FELT SO DISMISSED AS A CUSTOMER AND A WOMAN!!! If I could select zero stars, I would. Recently, I placed an order on the DD app and went into the store to pick up my item. After waiting patiently at the pick-up area, no one acknowledged me. After waiting a while, I politely asked for my order (which I paid for on the app). The employee told me there was nothing on his screen and I should confirm the address on the app. (Although I am a frequent customer and have used the app countless times, I wanted to be sure I didn't make a mistake.) Therefore, I asked him the address (so I could confirm) and he said he didn't know the address. After I questioned his response, he said, "Yea - I work here and I don't know the address." Obviously, he knew the address but didn't want to help me. I asked for his help again - to confirm that my order was not on my screen - and he became nasty. Since there were other customers in the store, I was embarrassed by this employee and walked out. As I was leaving, I noticed the address above the door. I indeed had the correct location and went back inside the store to show the employee my confirmation number and to tell him I was at the correct location. When I went back in, I stood in line patiently (there were 2 people in front of me) and waited for my turn. When it was my turn, I encountered the same employee. I informed him the address was correct and asked if my order was on the screen yet. He chose to not help me at all. He totally ignored me and took the order of the MAN behind me. He not only dismissed me as a customer, but as a WOMAN. Once again, I was humiliated and embarrassed by this Dunkin' Donut employee. I left the store, without the item I paid for. I will not patronize Dunkin' Donuts again -- nor will I purchase any Dunkin' Donut items in the grocery store. After contacting their customer service number several times, I was assured I would get a call back locally and I never did. During my last call to their national 800 number, I was told the complaint was closed out on their end and nothing more would be done. I cannot understand how that could be -- since no one EVER contacted me. If this is their idea of how to address customer satisfaction issues, then I no longer will support their brand. I am hoping this employee has since been coached as to how to deal w/customer service issues -- and more importantly -- how to respect customers -- no matter their gender.

This was the worst customer service I've had in years. I repeated my order about 6-7 times, and she kept messing it up. I asked for a half dozen donuts and specified each. She consistently said we don't have those. I asked for Boston Cream donuts 3 separate times. She finally asked what I want for my sixth donut, and I said I was done, and to just surprise me. She surprised me with only 5 donuts (none of them were Boston Cream) when I arrived home. Paid for a half dozen though. Terrible. And it's not the first time I've had bad service at this location. We will never go back there again; We'll drive down to 95th St and go to that Dunkin' Donuts.

Super Rude experience at this place. Went inside to wash a little gas off my hands and the attendant wouldn't let me use either of the bathrooms because he'd mopped and wouldn't let me use the hand-sink on the food-service side either.He said everything was closed for the night after being cleaned and I would have to go elsewhere. So much for being a 24 hour station, Ridiculous!!!

This is a convenient bp overall, but it has a few downfalls here and there. Usually always dirty and has trash around the pumps and a few weeks ago I went to get a car wash and with 26 seconds left to dry the car wash door we exit through closed on us and we were stuck in there for 15 minutes. It’s a hit or miss.

Bought a propane tank here. It was a bad tank with a broken gasket. They would not swap it out at all even though the tank was full. Bad service.

No mask no service said the sign... And the cashier who is NOT wearing a mask as I type this, turned a customer away who asked if they sell masks cuz they didn't have one. Make the rules, enforce them yourself!
