Great service, needed some pants and jeans hemmed. Outstanding job and was able to match the stitching on the original jeans.

Kay came to the rescue hemming my dress for my daughter’s wedding with a two day turn around. The dress had three layers and pleating. I had dry cleaning done as well. Great price and well done job.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been a loyal customer for years, my family decades. Even after a dress sash was lost years prior, I continued to come. Recently I dropped shirts off. They stated I had nothing to pick up. It had been 2-3 weeks as I had been on vacation. At this point, I went home to check I wasn't wrong. I looked everywhere. I knew I hadn't picked them up. After a long back and forth session, it ended with them stating no error could have been made on their end, such as placing it under a different number etc. I lost 2 shirts, 200 dollars of brand new shirts. They made me feel like I was crazy and completely wrong. Again, a loyal customer over decades? Never complained until now? Couldn't even comprehend they made an error? Overall, I will not be back and neither will my parents or siblings.

These people have been doing my dry cleaning for several years now. They have done a beautiful job with everything. Recently, I took them one of my favorite garments along with the usual assortment of dress shirts, slacks, and a couple of suits. I am absolutely positive I gave it to them because I wanted it for an upcoming event and as I said earlier, they do a magnificent job.When I went back and realized that the expensive garment could not be found, I got upset. I raised my voice considerably and used some inappropriate language. I was frustrated and acted badly.Well, a couple of days ago, at my office, my lost garments were personally returned to me with a lovely note of apology. I had thought that they didn’t care. It turns out that they care a great deal. They went through everything, maybe several times, until my missing clothes were located!Now I am the one who needs to apologize.A really good dry cleaner, which Brighton Cleaners most definitely is, must handle thousands upon thousands of garments weekly. That something occasionally gets misplaced is unfortunate but also unavoidable. I’m guessing it’s a problem for each and every dry cleaner.Brighton Cleaners does an exceptional job of cleaning clothes. More importantly, they are honest , reasonable, and customer satisfaction is very important to them. They get my top recommendation.

Lost a sweater that, while not expensive, belonged to my late mother and had immense sentimental value. Took it there because I trusted them. They lost my sweater. Tried to give me a different one. Once I got it home and realized it was not my sweater I took it back and they refused to reimburse me for cleaning the sweater that was not mine screaming that they had bills to pay. But they took the wrong sweater back anyway.
