Bought their 2 stage vac pump freeze dryer kit. It does not work very well. The pump smokes and you really have to commit yourself to rigging it up to sublimate. After 20 lbs of dry ice and three days messing with it I still did not have a chamber of dried material to show for it. I asked if I could return it and they said I’d have to pay a 25% restocking fee. Added a photo to show the extent that I had to encourage this thing to stay anywhere close to sublimating.

I ordered the 1ml luer lock syringe and I got to say 10/10 these are better than the ones I get from dispensary. Will order again.

Ordered an item and paid $27 for next day delivery. Didn't get it for 3 days and was told by bvv that it's next business day and not next day air. They are selling next day air service but shipping with next day air saver which is cheaper and isn't right. Made an effort to not buy through amazon and I am now regretting doing so yet again lol

Don't buy from these guys. Press broke down after less than 10 hours on it. Purchased the extended warranty but was told they don't service my country. Was offered a refund only to have them re-nag on it almost a month later and tell me they have to ship me a new unit after I already purchased a replacement unit. Now I have two presses. I strongly advise you look elsewhere.

Since the one star review, BVV reached out and explained why I only received a third of my shipment payment after receiving my package over a week and a half late. The closed canister extractor I bought from them works great, and I am ultimately happy BVV customer support, and appreciate them reaching out to give me an explanation.P.S. I now hate USPS

Purchase a $9,000 extraction setup from BVV . They sent a used/refurbished recovery pump with it . Pump seals blew out after less than 10 hours of operation. Took 4 months of constant fighting to get them to replace it. They replaced it with a used/refurbished pump that blew its seals after about 15 hours of use lol. How many ppl do you think they are doing this too. Probably enough for a class action. Btw, w/ first pump, they kept saying their was no warranty for their pumps . They only replaced it because I emailed them their own warranty with highlighted section that applied to me . Their customer service has always been very nice on the phone, but that's a mute point when they are defrauding ppl .

Amazing company. Customer service is on point had an issue where I made the mistake in parts. They took it back no hesitation and even though it got damaged in the mail on the way back to them they picked out the stuff that was still good and only charged me for the unusuable parts of the set. They stayed in contact with me the whole time and i had my new stuff within a week of returning the old one.

Very happy with communication, shipping speed and quality of the items I ordered (Communication: I checked on stock for all I wanted, largely because I needed it fast and oftentimes scientific suppliers do not have stock and leave you hanging with a fictitious lead time ... no problem here at all! Sales representative was friendly, polite and honest). Prices are excellent and website navigation easy. I needed a couple of KF flanged vacuum cold traps and associated items very quickly and I was impressed. KF flanged items at a decent price and with high quality! Plus you don't need to marry the sales rep to get what you need at a decent price ... if you know what I mean! I look forward to working with BVV as and when I need more equipment. I especially like their reactor systems for possible future purchases. It is refreshing to find there are no-nonsense start ups in the scientific area that provide an easy route to what you need. Thanks folks!

Didn’t say during checkout that orders over $400 ship signature required. We both work….imagine that. Ups also had its own issues including never leaving a slip at door. But the biggest problem now is that they have had package back in their shipping center for a week. No communication no refunds no nothing. Opened claim with pay pal.
