The company tried to completely tried to take advantage of me and when they wanted to inspect my camper (because I was at a distance) they sent another person from another a closer company and they absolutely devalued my camper. Stated my roof was rotted on a 2 year old camper. I owed 40k on my camper and they only wanted to give me 10k stating that all the damages and the roof would be over 15k in repairs. After the deal had been canceled I had someone I hired to inspect my camper and there is not even close to the damages and or roof rot that they stated. A seal around the edge needs replaced. Cost 300 to do. Any of the other very minor dents and things was less than **** to fix. Just be very careful with this company. I wouldn't want anyone to be taken advantage of

We had the opportunity to begin a search for a travel trailer and, after much research, decided to visit Airstream of Chicago located in Naperville, IL. As first time buyers, we knew next to nothing about all of the factors which go into towing a travel trailer other than the towing capacity of our vehicle. We walked in and were greeted at the entrance by an Airstream staffer. She located a sales representative within a few minutes to guide us through our search. Sue, our Sales Representative, could not have been more accommodating. She was a great listener whose background expertise on the Airstream line of trailers was truly impressive. If we asked a question and Sue was not sure, she immediately had a long-time Airstream employee on the line who could provide the information we needed. Over the two weeks we were considering our selection, we visited the showroom four times. Each time, Sue walked out to the lot with us to give us the opportunity to thoroughly check out each trailer, no matter the weather. She gave us time to explore the interior cabin on our own, which was extremely appreciated. Each time we selected a possible trailer, Sue helped us determine if our vehicle could safely tow it considering the Gross Vehicle Weight Ratings and the hitch weight capacity of our towing vehicle. She discussed options available to help both stabilize and distribute trailer weight for a safe towing experience. Our experience at Airstream of Chicago was invaluable. We came away with a much deeper understanding of the dynamics of towing a travel trailer all with the help of an engaging and very knowledgeable representative. We were able to narrow our choice to the Airstream best suited to our needs and the towing capacity of our vehicle. So grateful to Sue for being willing to hold our hands during this whole process.

UPDATE: Picked up my RV today after making two calls and having to "chase" someone to get an update on my coach. Brough it in for a leak test and was told I would get a report on the results. Well the report turned out to be some notes on my bill from a technician. On top of everything else, when I picked up the coach today the door holder was broken. I reported to the service person who said it's not likely anyone would have used it to hold the door open. She took some pictures and said someone would get back to me in a few days. Told her given the track record and pattern of call backs, I don't think I will be hearing back from anyone on this issue. I've decided to post my disappointment on any and all platforms that will allow me to and hopefully save someone the service frustration I experienced at Campers Inn RV in Naperville.I have to share the same opinion on the other reviews pertaining to reaching the service department. I had to call three times to finally get someone to confirm a scheduled appointment. You would think someone is reading these reviews from Campers Inn and doing something to fix the issue?

Around a month in a half ago, my husband dealt with Andrew, who gave us a quote on our boat we were using for a trade in. We weren't super impressed with the unit they had in our price range, so we waited. Recently, we looked at another unit that we did like. We were told that Andrew no longer works there & they don't keep notes or files, so everything would have to be resubmitted. 3 days later, my husband finally heard from the sales manager, Dave. Still had no numbers for the trade in on our boat & now the unit we were interested in is conviently leaking & they have to wholesale it. The next day he got back to my husband with a quote of $7500 for our boat!Andrew had quoted us $10,000 for our boat & got back to us within 24 hours. I just find all this to be super shady business practices. We have gotten 2 other quotes for our boat & $7500 is by far the most laughable. Spend your $$ elsewhere. These people are con-artists!!!

My wife and I purchased our 2022 Travato K Model last week and we’re absolutely thrilled with the RV. We can’t say enough good things about the quality of service and attention offered to us by the staff. Everyone was helpful, pleasant and made the experience very enjoyable. We cannot thank the staff at Campers Inn of Naperville enough, and we can’t recommend them highly enough. If you’re looking for an RV, I would recommend you head over and get acquainted with Chuck Bennett who was our superior sales representative.

Nice friendly staff, no hard selling from Dave Casey. He kept my requirements in mind, showing me different options that I was not aware of. Great selection in many lines made the final decisions tough, but I know I got the best option for my needs.

Sorry to say, when calling Campers Inn of Naperville service, they rarely answer the phone and don't respond to online service scheduling requests via their web page. I called the main number, finally got someone, I explained the contact issues, they said they understood and that they would track someone down for me. I gave up after being on hold for 15 minutes and called Collier in Rockford. Farther away, but they answer the phone and you can actually talk to the service department.

Andrew is who you want, period! I was in Colorado, traveling to Philly on an emergency and he helped through the whole process. I'm also brand new at RV anything! He held my hand through the entire process, making sure that when I pulled out of the parking lot, I was firm on my feet. He also continued to answer my calls when I got in an SOS situation. Andrew is one of the most dedicated, kind, responsive sales people I've ever met. I truly believe this trip would have been a failure without him. Thank you Andrew, for everything!!!!

The financial manager is the best. The service department and all the people there are easy to work with. I just want them to know how much my son loves camping now.

It would be 5 stars but for the behavior and demeanor of the general manager and his poor interpersonal skills. On what should have been one of the happiest days of our lives, we nearly cancelled. The rest of the crew rallied around us and saved our day and their sale. From Bradley in Sales to Rob in Service to Caleb in Parts to Josh in Finance, everyone else worked together seamlessly to provide us with excellent service. And, a few days later when we thought there was an electrical issue, Jeremy and Greg provided the same level of excellent service, even though the issue turned out to be a faulty adapter we had purchased elsewhere. And they did it with smiles.

Campers Inn Naperville/Airstream of Chicago has restored customer service to a dealership that the previous owners let slip badly. Calls are answered. Messages are returned. Work is done competently and on time. When you come to collect your rig after service, they bring it out to you instead of having to find it on the lot yourself. Staff is friendly and helpful (particularly Kim, the Service Adviser, and my tech, Jake, who called before I came to pick up my rig to clear up a maintenance question in advance so there were no surprises). This is, once again, a good dealership.

We had the BEST experience at Campers Inn! If we could give 10 stars, we would definitely do that! We purchased a used 5th wheel sight unseen. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean the 5th wheel was when we went to pick it up! We were incredibly well taken care of, specifically by Greg, their technician! He was very, very thorough in orienting us with this new purchase and extremely knowledgeable about the RV. He even clocked out to help us hook up the 5th wheel to our tow vehicle. He answered our questions and was great to work with! The dealership went to extra lengths to make sure we drove away with a safe RV. They replaced all tires with new ones and repaired or replaced any items that were necessary. We also had a great experience with Josh. He made the whole buying experience quick and easy. Our salesperson, Brad, was great and very helpful. Overall, we were very impressed with how well we were taken care of as new customers and would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a great deal as well as great customer service on an RV.

Airstream….. such a GREAT company, but what happens after you buy an expensive RV or trailer like this with service? It could easily go either positive or negative very fast for sure.I want to testify that my experience with Campers Inn RV Naperville and more specifically the Service Manager Jeremy Hansen has been there for me with my Airstream above and beyond my expectations, he is both knowledgeable and genuine in his customer service approach, not easy to find that these days. Jeremy is a real asset you Campers Inn RV Naperville. Thank you Jeremy !Michael AgnelloNaperville
