Great pharmacy. The pharmacist was so helpful & understanding. I loved all the gifts and unusual things. The pharmacy was clean, well stocked, and organized. It is just a great place.

They are great! Service was most excellent! The young man who delivered and picked up my lift chair, Chad, was friendly, knowledgeable about the chair and just an all around nice person! I will need their services in the near future and I will be calling them again! Highly highly recommend this company and Chad!

Needed a rapid test for traveling, after a out of business site, run around by Walgreens my wife recommended Oswald's. One call they explained everything and scheduled me in. Then the kid testing- wow!! We all complain about Millennials but they found some Rock Stars!!!! (I think Millennials get a bad rap, more good ones than bad) These guys will be my GoTo pharmacy as long as I can make it happen. SUPER IMPRESSIVE- thank you guys!!!!

After several delays in filling prescriptions and, in one case, refusing to fill a brand name prescription, I gave up on the chain pharmacy and came to Oswald's. What a difference! This is how pharmacists treated customers when I was working in the local drug store while I was in high school. I can't say enough about the difference in the customer experience.

After recent surgery for spinal stenosis, I needed a bariatric chair to sleep in and that would also assist me in standing. One of my parishioners recommended Oswald Pharmacy to me. I could not possibly be happier with the "Golden" chair that I was able to purchase from them. After using the chair for about six months, I made the decision to purchase a second chair to replace my regular recliner in my living room. Many thanks to the sales team at the pharmacy for their caring help and concern. And special thanks to José for his awesome delivery work on both of my chairs, not just bringing in my new chair but also assisting me in removing my old ones. I highly recommend the "Golden" chairs, Oswald Pharmacy, and my deepest appreciation and thanks to José for his great work on the delivery and set up. You all are the greatest!

I have visited Owalds on several occasions. The selection of merchandise is abundant and the staff are fabulous. I especially want to mention Dorothy and her great service in the post office!! I will be back!! KathyDunn

Rented a hospital bed. Great drop off and set up. Pick up after use was super. Jose was courteous and helpful he was a great help. Was very pleased.

After my dad had open heart, we rented a recliner to help with his recovery. Jose could not have been more kinder, professional, or helpful! A+ customer service and absolutely would recommend Oswald's (and Jose!) to anyone.

My experience with Oswald's pharmacy was so easy and I felt so cared for their staff. I have to say Jose is such a warm and compassionate man. He delivered my electric chair and picked it up. He was on-time, pleasant and just so kind. I highly recommend Oswald's if you need to rent anything. Ask for Jose!

This store is a gem! I'm a nurse in the area and frequently send patients over for specialized bandaging needs and medical equipment. What I really love is the hometown feel of the place- caring employees and interesting merchandise! Best of all is the mailing area! No lines! Fun, knowledgeable people to take care of you! Becky and Katie rock!!!!

I worked with Kane in Medical Supplies. I was depressed arriving there. He came with a wheel chair to bring me in so I didn't have to use crutches. He explained everything perfectly and met my budget. He helped pack up my car. Thanks Kane!!!

I needed a hospital bed and purchased one from Oswalds sight unseen. The rep, Samantha told me this bed was the best and sold me on an air mattress to go with it even though my husband is not bedridden. The air mattress failed in the first month because the welds on the bed formed sharp points that pierced right thru the mattress. If I hadn't noticed this when they came to replace the mattress it would have happened again! The tech had to file 6-7 welds and tape them to make the bed useable! We also rented a wheelchair for $300/month not knowing that after the first month they charge $100 weekly. Nowhere on the contract does it say that. This is an overused used chair that runs $1600 retail new. After two months I could have paid for half of a new one! I called them on this and they told me they refund back if you keep it for four more weeks. Nowhere does it say this. Be careful dealing with these folks.

Customer Service is priority at Oswalds. I now use mail in service for prescription drugs as that's what my insurance pays for! However, I often go in there for cards or special gifts and take advantage of Post Office service. Bill third generation Oswald's is carrying on the reliability of customer service being #1 priority and taking pride in the inventory!
