DO NOT BUY HERE. EXPIRED. RUDE. RACISTS.
One of the worker in the meat department was SO rude and disrespectful towards me even though all I did was ask if there was any other meat available as the one displayed looked not fresh.
I am honestly so disgusted and I have been shopping here for years. No longer will I return. You guys need to train your employees to treat customers with basic manners. He even treated my dad the same way. Maybe he is racist? Either way he should not be working in a job that requires people skills.

Some expired or closed-to-be products sold here, good prices and selection just be careful inspecting what you buy, my son got sick from a chicken purchased here.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at the Napperville store. During my visit, I encountered a cashier named Lindsey who exhibited rude behaviour . I think she doesn’t like Indian peoples. She’s not friendly person.
My daughter, who was simply asking for a candy, was also mistreated by Lindsey.
Lindsey’s response to my daughter’s request was dismissive, stating that she should not ask for candy. Despite my frequent patronage of the store, I have never encountered such a negative experience.
. I believe that this experience should not be repeated by other customers. And I am not also shopping here again. Not recommended

I am a regular customer and I like to shop here because of the good deals, except that yesterday I had a horrible experience with a tall man who is supposedly the owner who yelled at me from a distance in a very rude and arrogant and haughty way. I would have understood and appreciated you letting me know in a polite way that you only had a product limit or that by mistake you did not specify the purchase limit with a sign. And I repeat, if you are an owner and want to make your clients progress even better, I am also an owner and I always try to give the best of myself to my clients because thanks to them I have somewhere to eat.

Just called and try to find out the price of full halal goat price and they turn me down saying they cant give me the price over the phone,i will drive for an hour to check the price of meat?This is bad customer service.Me and all my friends will never go there.

Change your operating hours in Google! The store is closing at 9:00, not 9:30.
I was driving for 30 minutes and your two young Hispanic looking workers didn’t let me in! They put sign in front of the door. It was 9:20, your store close at 9:30.
Thank you, but I’ll never visit your store again! You just close it when you want. Not professional at all! Horrible service.

I don't think I've ever been a fan of international fresh markets. Yes, they might sell things from all over the place. However, I don't think they sell the freshest products here. In the past, I had purchased cheese that was previously packed, just to find out that it was rotten on the top. It was not visible to the eye until you opened it. The employees here need training on how to speak and help customers out. They make you feel uncomfortable as soon as you walk into the store. I recommend anyone thinking about shopping here to look for other market options.

Very disappointing experience with spoiled fish. I recently purchased a fish from here and was extremely disappointed. The fish had a strong, unpleasant odor and an unusual texture, indicating it had gone bad. When I returned to the store to complain, I was told the manager was unavailable and that they couldn't address the issue, and I have to come back another day. I disposed the spoiled fish in their garbage can as they offered no other solution. Wastage of time and money and pathetic customer services. Avoid purchasing seafood here.

Great place to buy your meat and vegetables. Customer service sucks.When I ask the employees for help, they act like I’m bothering them. Cashiers never great or say thank you for coming or anything.
