The parking lot stays so dirty I'm not even wanting to walk inside of there. I mean have some class I come by there all the time and it is always nasty.

Brian P was very helpful. He did everything he could to make things convenient for me with issuing a new card. He made pleasant small talk while sorting it out and has great customer service skills.

This is the worse experience I've had with Chase. My account was compromised and I needed a new debit card. Went into the branch only to find out they know longer print cards. The representative told me the reason they stop printing the cards were due to customers abusing the system and to make us more responsible. So I have been without a debit card for a week and this is such a inconvenience. I think I will be switching over to Citi bank due to the inconvenience and the poor statement made by a Chase employee I will be pulling my accounts

Awful branch! SO SLOW!!! I have an account with Chase and stopped by the drive thru on Friday afternoon at 1:30 to cash a check. From the time I handed the teller my ID and the check to the time she came back with my cash was 16 minutes. 16 minutes! It's not even like it was a lot of money. The check was less than $100! There were 2 lanes of people waiting and it looked like they had 1 teller working the drive thru. Never again!

I just got my first credit card so I don't really know how they work, and after being unsuccessful at trying to figure out what my monthly interest rate would be online I came in to this location to talk to a real human being. I got a VERY condescending woman whom I couldn't really understand (no offense meant, but she had a very strong Indian accent) and she kept saying all these figures I didn't understand and when I kept asking questions, she said, "You know math?" I was so insulted I barely knew how to respond, so I just said, yes and she said, "This is math." As if that solved all my questions! I asked to see someone else but she just kept saying different so eventually I just had to leave before started crying because she was being so rude.

This is probably the nicest working staff that I've ever come into contact with. I've had to come to this location several times for various things, but today I couldn't make it in so I called instead. My problem was having 3 different overdraft fees totaling about $85 in total. This happened because 2 different bills set up for autopay took it out of my account a week early on the same day. And I don't put any money in my account unless I'm expecting to pay something. I've never overdrafted before so it gave me terrible anxiety seeing that negative sign! Anyway I talked to a really nice woman on the phone who put me on hold to switch me over to someone who could help. About 5 short seconds later I was speaking to an associate by the name of George and he was so courteous and understanding!! He listened to me explain my situation and with no hesitation pulled up my account and erased the fees for me. I don't think I've ever had a nicer customer experience with a business in my life. Not only did I not have to pay the overdraft fees but I also didn't have to fight tooth and nail to get them taken care of!! I don't think I'll ever go to another branch unless it's for the ATM lol definitely a satisfied customer. I sure do hope George's higher ups get to see this so they can promote him or whatever they do for great workers. Thank you, George!

My husband and I waited 30 min to talk to someone. There were only 2 associates working and they were with customers. We sat in the chairs waiting. We were not even acknowledged until 20 min of sitting there when one of the associates said he will be with us in 1 second. Ten minutes later we left. We have status with Chase and we should not have had to experience this neglect. We drove 30 min round trip and waited 30 min. What a waste of time! Terrible customer service. UpdateL I called Chase yesterday and the lady on the phone told me someone would "for sure" call me back before they closed.... and then they did not. Seriously, this is Naperville... there should be good service!!!

My husband and I came into this branch on Wednesday, January 29th to get a document notarized after finding out that Chase does it free for their customers. There was a teller available right when we came in the building who immediately signaled to their notary that a customer needed him. He ushered us to his cubicle with a huge, friendly smile on his face which remained there through the entire time we were in the bank. He was friendly, articulate and thorough. My husband had a free cup of coffee while this free service was quickly taken care of. Then, just when I'm thinking, this is the best customer experience ever, on our way out of the bank, a gentleman, whom I am assuming was the bank manager, yells to us from behind the teller counter with a huge smile on his face, "You folks have a nice day!" Good customer service really makes a huge difference. I have had problems with Chase in the past. Not on this date. Good job!

This has got to be one of the worst branches ever. Seriously. I want to stab my eardrums with a pencil and pull my hair out every time I have to set foot in here. The bf and I do not have a joint checking account (yet.....?) for our shared expenses, like rent. We don't use checks; in fact neither of us have ever owned them. I guess if we were to get a joint account, we'd get checks only for our rent (since every other account we pay 50/50 on, we each pay our own portion online). Our new place DOES let you pay your rent online, however, it's a $50 "convenience fee" for using a Visa card ($33 for MC or Discover). So, unfortunately we still have to go the money order route. Ugh. Anyway, so every month I have to come here and get a money order, it's always a big ordeal. The first problem is trying to explain to the tellers that I want a money order for X amount, and yes- I know there's a $5 fee. Well, this always confuses them. I don't know why. I write out the amount of the money order, and they always ask if that includes the $5 fee. I tell them no, I usually give them the five spot in cash. *Blank stares until the lightbulb clicks on.* Teller proceeds with my request. Teller punches the numbers into the computer. Teller calls another teller over to ask why the amount of the money order is doubled. Second teller states "because you put the amount in twice." (OMG.... how do you overlook the obvious?). First teller smiles at me and says "sorry, I am still learning." The funny thing is, she says this EVERY MONTH (yes, I unfortunately get stuck at her window every flipping time every single month). She has told me that she's "still learning" for the past five months. I wanted to suggest to her that maybe she should retake "Bank Teller 101" and this time get a passing score. This location is literally half a mile from my new place, which is the only reason I go here. But I can't stand the incompetent morons with names I cannot pronounce standing behind the counter.

Why do things like this happen to me??? Absolutely wretched experience. I bought a cashier's check to pay an important bill worth $1200. The teller didn't know that she had to put something in the Pay To The Order Of field or the check would be returned. So, I wrote the name on the cashier's check like you would a money order. Well, the cashier's check bounced! How on G-d's green Earth do CERTIFIED FUNDS bounce?? I found out several weeks later when the company where I sent the payment threatened me with legal action for not paying my bill! EXCUSE ME! I showed my receipt from the cashier's check and copy of the cancelled check from when I purchased the cashier's check. I was given some time to work it out with the bank. Thank G-d. I called the bank and asked for my money back. The customer service idiot said that the cashiers check would only come back if it were fraudulent and he accused me of fraud without even looking into it!! (Note to this j**** I can't even lie let alone commit fraud!) I told him that I cashed a check to get the funds AND paid an $8 fee! He put me on hold for a few times, was unable to tell me anything after spending 30 minutes on the phone. It ended with him telling me to go to the branch. Totally worthless waste of my time. So, I go to the bank and they tell me I can't get a new copy because I don't have the original cashiers check?!?! HELLO! I sent the original when I payed my bill! How would I have that? The teller said she would look into it and asked for my phone number so she could call me back the next day. It was 30 minutes later when I left. I was irate and called my attorney. He told me to let him know what happened the next day. So, overnight my $1200 was held in limbo and I'm racking up late fees. The next morning I get a call saying to come in after work and they could reprint the cashiers check that day. I went in after work and was told that a manager had to approve reprinting the cashiers check. Fine. I was told AGAIN that I couldn't have the cashier's check reprinted because I didn't have the original! She thought I was bringing in the original! I work downtown - at a bank btw - and would not have rushed to get there if I were not going to get the cashiers check that day! What really got me angry was she made a big deal out of me not hearing a question about the date I bought the cashier's check. (I'm moderately deaf and she was an Indian woman with a VERY soft voice.) When I said something about being deaf and not understanding she meant when I came in the previous night and not the date on the cashier's check, she got all angry and told me to sit in the lobby. Well, I told everyone in the lobby that Chase bounced my cashier's check, they wouldn't give me back the cash that I paid to buy the cashier's check, and was extremely angry. So, this guy pulls me into a cubicle and makes me sign a document saying the cashier's check is lost. Finally, the manager brings me my check 50 minutes after I got there! I take it and walk out. As I'm leaving, she sarcastically tells me to have a nice day. I told her to f--- off. Holding my $1200 hostage, causing problems with my bills because of YOUR mistake, and being ignorant because I'm hard of hearing and can't understand your accent entitles me to be a b***** I am now bank shopping but at least my bill will finally get paid no thanks to the incompetent idiots at Chase.
