General banking seems fine.
Poor rating is related to the complete lack of access to a real employee at the actual branch for simple questions? Similar experience to other reviews. Not only is it annoying, it just shows a complete lack of concern about customer satisfaction. Makes me wonder why I bank here?

Had a great customer experience today with Jack. Opened a new account. He was very friendly and went out of his way to help me and my son. Did not expect that level of service. Very thorough.

I have no issues with this branch. I stopped in to cash a check as it was convenient. There was no line, the teller was very sweet and professional, and I was in and out in a matter of minutes. Unlike others. I had no problem in the parking lot. Bank was clean and well lit. This is just how I like to conduct my banking business.
