Had a great customer experience today with Jack. Opened a new account. He was very friendly and went out of his way to help me and my son. Did not expect that level of service. Very thorough.

I have no issues with this branch. I stopped in to cash a check as it was convenient. There was no line, the teller was very sweet and professional, and I was in and out in a matter of minutes. Unlike others. I had no problem in the parking lot. Bank was clean and well lit. This is just how I like to conduct my banking business.

Suddenly, out of nowhere I started getting charged a $25 monthly service fee without an explanation. ON A SAVINGS ACCOUNT!. Because it was a saving account that I never look at, I lost $125.00 before I caught the problem. Of course I closed the account, and I am now in the process of ceasing all business with Chase in my professional business and all of my family’s business.

I went in to deposit 20 government bonds. The teller asked if I had had my account with them for at least one year. I said yes - I thought it had been at least one year. About halfway through my bonds, she asks "Are you sure you've had an account for at least a year? Otherwise this will have been a waste of time." I said I thought so and suggested she double check. It turns out it had not been one year yet. She kept saying how much of a waste of a time it was. She should have verified in the first place that my account had been opened for the right amount of time. Very rude. Will not return.

Fake phone number. Awful of them not to let you call the bank direct - all I needed to know was how quickly they could get me the letter I need to sponsor a Ukrainian family. Disgusted.

I’ve never been treated so poorly from a business where I was looking to open an account at, the 2 women when you walk in were very kind but as soon as I met with the banker, she was condescending and patronizing towards me.

Very busy and crowded, the wait was definitely long and overwhelming but the great employees made up for it with their excellent customer service, parking is not easy in the area as well.

Fake phone number. You cannot contact the branch by phone. They only redirect you to dialing into some online account voice menu system after requiring all kinds of personal info. Chase service is the worst! I get zero value for CHASE PRIVATE CLIENT.
