Samantha Stanciu is very unhelpful and lazy to even obtain the information you need.1- I asked her about an opening an account, she said I can but it might be closed in the future without further details.2- I asked her about the different types of accounts, she said we have everything…I’m not sure why would I go to a branch if these are the kind of information I will get.

Worse branch ever!!! The ATM inside never works. Even many drive through ATMs don’t work, the ones that work never have proper change.

Cashiers are nice but the middle managers are horrible. My son made an appointment and the employee didn't show up. He then made a second appointment and got a text to reschedule. The African American woman (I'd use her name if she wore a name tag) is rude and demeaning to customers. She locks the doors early every Saturday and closes the drive through early, showed her photos of the time stamp and she refused to listen or provide her name. I have banked with Chase for decades and I think it's time to move on.

Was waiting for 20minutes and I was complete ignored and then someone who seen me waiting for 20minutes asked if I needed help then went on to say they couldn't help me. What!? I waited 20Minutes for nothing. Horrible. I rather go to another location who's willing to be helpful

Don't bother trying to use any of the drive up ATMs. Unless your bills were freshly printed yesterday, it cannot read them. It doesn't matter if they're completely intact with no rips or tears or folds. It can't even seem to read them when you insert them one at a time. This location is still using the terribly archaic old style ATMs and quite frankly, if I can't make an ATM deposits, it's enough reason for me to close my account. Went right over to deposit the same exact bills in my Bank of America account instead and had no issues with a single bill.

I guess Chase has too much business and don't need anymore. I wanted to open an account and went twice to two different branches around 4:30pm and they turned me away saying it's too late (they close at 5pm). Plenty of other banks, I'll take my business where it's appreciated!

Expect to wait at least 15 minutes for drive through service. The staff is slow and not trained well. They offer no apologies for the long waits and it’s a reflection of their disregard for their customers time.

It's a typical Chase Bank. Understaffed, only two tellers working during the mid day hours. After ten minutes of waiting in line I left and was unable to complete what I needed to get done.

Absolutely terrible customer service Victoria Solorzano Nava was up in the front and i had came in to speak to a banker wouldnt let me talk to the banker had me sit down for 30 mins while there where two in their office not doing anything and then she comes up to me just to tell me they are in a meeting and to call customer service when i was already at the bank and could have fix the problem right then and there i have been coming to this bank for years and. Never been treated so poorly.

Limited tellers. Only two available and they were also serving drive up clients. No seating, not great if you're very pregnant and waiting. Plenty of bankers in office without clients not attending to people waiting. Transaction fine once they get to you.
