I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Chevrolet of Naperville. After purchasing my Silverado Trail Boss, I learned that they offered aftermarket lift installations and requested a quote. Their pricing was competitive, and the package included both the factory warranty and a rental vehicle during the installation process.
Throughout the service, I received timely updates and photos twice a day, ensuring I was well-informed at every step. Thank you to the entire team for the professional installation of the ReadyLift and Nitto tires. Your attention to detail and customer service are truly commendable.

My initial maintenance visit went very well. Stacey was very friendly and helpful. The diagnostic video and extremely detailed quote was incredible as well. It was recommended I buy a new car. The gentleman that shuttled me home was really friendly too.
I ended up needing to get a new car and Eddie Dones was perfect. I told him exactly what I needed and when I came back in he had three great options for me that fit the profile.
Eddie was really friendly, remembered my dad from a previous sale and was really kind to him too. Great experience.

The entire ordering a vehicle process was easier then I thought. Along the way my salesperson Eddie kept me up to date on vehicles process from assigning the VIN number to the fact that it had made it to Illinois and then to dealership. I did do a walk in and understandable that he was busy helping other customer at the time and did an excellent job of juggling all that and getting us ready to leave with the new vehicle that day. I was also surprised on the offer when I traded in my 2022 vehicle that I got exactly what I saw online for it value as well, which I did not expect. I enjoy working with everyone at this dealership.

Mike Larsen is a fabulous sales person to work with and Premo was a fantastic at his job, and knows how to get deals done without dragging things out. All the sales employees were happy, kind and all talked with each other and the customers. It was a great environment. Their showroom is beautiful as well. The waiting area was nice, very clean and a tv to watch with beverages. The cashier area was decorated for the season and the employee working was great at her job, super friendly. The parts department employee was great too. We are so happy with our new purchase. Mike and Premo worked hand in hand on our purchase and were a wonderful team. We were able to get all finalized/completed, except the paperwork signing done via emails/texting. It was a seamless process. They truly know how to treat customers at this dealership. I am so happy I reached back out to them after initially speaking with online internet sales person. As far as detailing of the new vehicle, there were a few minor things interior, but otherwise we are loving that new car smell and vehicle. Thanks for being such an outstanding dealership! Would recommend and when we need another vehicle, we will definitely come back.
