My daughter recently purchased her first vehicle at Chevrolet of Naperville. Michael Larsen was our salesman and did a wonderful job. He made the process easy and simple, which we appreciated! The finance team was great as well. The overall process was a great experience, we cannot thank you enough!

Came into service told the advisor my tailgate randomly pops open while I’m driving. He told me would cost $100 for technician to find problem. I said o.k just fix the problem as it is beginning to be a safety concern. After few hours he tells me I have a faulty switch but he doesn’t have one in stock and can’t even give me an idea if he ordered one when it would even come in. I told him if I can pay for it now so I know it’s least on the way he said no he would remember to do it later and charge me for it after the vehicle is repaired. It is going on 3 weeks and I have not got as much as a call or an email telling me the switch is in at the dealer or it is on back order. No information at all. I feel like I got ripped off of $100 the dealer charged me for someone to tell me the issue but nothing was repaired. I knew the service advisor would never give me a call back once I walked out the doors he gave me his word he would order the part and keep me informed. At this point I’m confident he forgot

Friendly associates, communicated well. Took great care to keep my Corvette parked inside. Shuttle home and back was awesome!My only reason to score it a 9 is pricing. $80+ dollars for a cabin air filter that costs $12 and takes 2 minutes to change is a bit crazy but they are a dealership and have overhead so I somewhat get it.

Everyone from the guys that checked me in, to the person that waited on me, to the porter that shuttled me back and forth, could not have been more friendly, courteous, and helpful. so far, the services seem to have been completed in good order—time will tell.

**Service Review**Back many years ago I bought my suburban along with an extended warranty here. Over the years I completed all the recommended maintenance without question from the same service writer. On my last routine trip they recommended a trans flush which I did. Hours later I received a call that my trans was out and needed to be replaced (it drove there fine) Good news (for them) my warranty covered their error (the write up did not mention the trans flush). On this current trip my car needed a thermostat (according to them) and they wanted to charge me $1k to fix it. For those who have may not have clue on repair costs this is out of this world expensive so I called them out on this and asked for the breakdown on parts and labor and told them that I had called other dealers who all agreed with me. They turned around and said it was a pricing error and that it will be half that. The whole shop now seems unethical to me. Ultimately, they lost my trust and I will not go there anymore. My gut feeling is that they will take advantage of you especially during this worker strike to make up their bottom line. Buyer beware. Make sure you get second opinions and quotes when possible if you choose to go there.

Pete made sure that all of my issues were addressed. His attention to detail is excellent. He went far beyond expectations to assure that I had an awesome service experience. Summary: good customer service makes for a long term relationship with the dealer. I would definately buy my next vehicle here.

I brought my vehicle without an appointment and they helped me fix the problem. Zach then pointed out every detail that was wrong with the vehicle and he worked with me until they repaired the vehicle. Thank you Zach and Repair Department for all your help and for being GREAT!!! You guys made me feel a part of the family. This is the kind of service that is appreaciated when you buy a vehicle from a dealer.

My experience starts three months ago when I ordered my 2023 Trailblazer RSMy salesman Mike Larsen was great. He would call me on a weekly basis to let me know the status of my car which was great. Then my car came in yesterday, October 4th all documents were sent to me via text. I was able to fill out everything. Today October 5th I went in. Mike went through all the paperwork explained everything we went for a test drive explained everything on the car. Any questions I had he had the answers for he was very knowledgeable. Eren in the finance department was great. It was a breeze she explained everything in great detail also, and then thank you to Jim Seeman who I’ve known for years he was my salesman for the last three cars I bought.I would definitely go back toChevrolet of Naperville and ask forMike Larsen thank you Mike for making the purchase of my new vehicle pleasant and so easyDeborah Baar

Bill was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was so sweet! Explained everything thoroughly! And did everything he could to make sure we were happy! I can’t remember the finance lady’s name but she was an absolute pitbull in getting us the best deal! It was worth the 4 hour drive for us! Highly recommend this dealership

I was very happy with everything and especially with Mike Larsen, he was great from start to finish and helped me find the perfect vehicle for me, he understood everything I was after and we as a family will definitely be back for other cars in the future. Our next will be in 2 years when our lease is up on our current family vehicle

I am really happy that I got to work with Steve Deason from the Chevy Naperville dealership. He was very honest with me right from the start and helped me get the car I wanted and in the color I wanted. I really appreciate his honesty because he did not try to sell me any extra services or packages when I purchased the vehicle. I had visited another dealership before for the same car and there the sales guy had tacked on another $3000 worth of services that I did not want and he said that there was no way to take that off the final price. I am glad that Steve called me. Thanks Steve!!

I usually go to the Oswego Chevrolet dealership but would be in Naperville so scheduled an appointment at that location. Upon arriving I was greeted very promptly by JR who was very nice my entire visit. He explained the process to me and gave me accurate wait times. He even came out and gave me an update. Based on this interaction, I will be back in the future.

Best car buying experience I have ever had. Steve Deason our sales man made the whole process easy. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He won’t try to sell anything extra. He won’t push and rush you to buy. The whole team was very professional and ethical, felt comfortable not at all pressured from the moment we walked in. They have a friendly atmosphere which I couldn’t see in other chevy dealerships. Keep it up Chevrolet of Naperville. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
